The food is great, however I don't like the idea of tipping 20% for takeout in fear that they'll do something to my order.

Smaller place, but great laid back quaint atmosphere. Food was great! I wasn't expecting it to be that good. I ordered a bowl with flavorful steak.

I have eaten here a couple times and i really loved it. i went to order online and they have a delivery fee of 6.99,a delivery tip for 10.87(may depend on your total),and then you have to tip the delivery driver as well. so that’s almost 30 extra dollars to get food delivered. if you don’t want to pay that and just pickup your food, they still charge 10.87 to pick up your food and that doesn’t even go to the employees which is so sad. i even called to confirm because i didn’t believe they would scam people like that….. be careful out there! they do have a great rewards system but i would suggest going into the store to use your points.

Top tier BBQ! Check them out. We got the family meal and had a family of 6. They gave us more than enough food. Taste was superb as well.

* HAIR AND WE ALL GOT A BELLY ACHE *
Yeah… this was not it. BBQ Boutique was a huge disappointment. This was my first visit, only because my usual spot was closed. I made it clear three times that it was my first time, hoping for guidance or at least a good impression. When I asked the cashier for a recommendation, she suggested “the bowl,” which didn’t inspire much confidence.
Portions were very small for the price (maybe because it was to-go, but still). I also told the person at pickup it was my first visit and was met with an indifferent response.
I ordered the 3×3×3 and a rack of ribs. The “pulled” pork was more like minced, the chicken was a thin slice of breast, and the picanha was okay. The cornbread was more like cake mix/store bought, the fries were cold/old, and the yuca fries came with only about five pieces. The ribs were actually good—until we found a hair at the end.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience makes me question the reviews given about here. Based on what we received, I don’t see how the pricing and portions line up. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark for us.

***I wrote a review last night and afterwords realized when looking at the bill, I was charged more than I thought should have been! When paying for our meal, I didn’t have my glasses on but could see they were asking if I’d like to leave a tip. Being that this was the first time coming here, I looked at the young man at the register and asked if we were being served at our table. My brother intervened and said no, we get everything ourselves. You also take your plates etc. after finished and put them on a little table so your table is completely clean of everything other than someone wiping it down. So therefore, I don’t feel a tip is necessary. Somehow, I thought I pressed on ‘ no tip ‘ and signed the bottom while my card was still in the credit card holder. The young man was listening and waiting for me to complete the transaction. When I got home later on. I went to look at my receipt with my glasses on and saw that my bill was more than I thought it would be and saw that I left a tip of 14.33! I think I am a generous person when leaving a tip but nowadays everyone always asks for a tip and I don’t feel any tip was necessary in this case. I will call the bbq boutique when they open and explain what happened and hope that they can resolve this matter quickly.

***I live in close proximity, and this is the first time I tried the food here. I don’t know why I waited so long.
It was excellent. The food was tasty and generous portions that I had leftovers for home. The place is clean, you order and pickup your food by the window and seat yourself. It wasn’t crowded, although it was a Wednesday evening, but it seems they have a lot of take out orders.
I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our first time eating at this restaurant and everything was delicious. We had a fit bowl and the baby back ribs with sweet potato fries and onion rings. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu. Highly recommend this place.
