So I guess this location doesn't use the normal tijuana flats phone room to place orders. Try and call Deerfield tijuana, second ring someone picks up. "Hey what's your order?" Etc. This coconut creek location? Rings for a solid 90 seconds, girl finally answers apparently stressed out like 'tijuana flats please hold" and puts me on a silent hold for like 7 minutes. I hung up and called Deerfield. Like most people, I'm busy. My time is valuable. Use the services corporate has made available or customers will give the business to another store. No hard feelings, just want to see you guys stay in business! I love this store's food and general in store service for a positive.

I ordered my food from this location about 45 minutes before closing, and I gotta say I’ve never had such a bad quesadilla before. The tortilla was completely dry, as well as the steak inside. There was barely any cheese inside, and it was also cold, and very dry. A quick note: I live about 6 minutes away from this location, and I got there even before my order was completely ready. So, there was no reason for the food to be cold, since I started eating as soon as I got home. This is very unfortunate because I really used to like this place. Very disappointed!

This place must have new management in the last year or so. We’ve always had so-so experiences but recently it’s been very good! Service is great and haven’t had any mistakes with our orders in a really long time, which used to happen often. I would recommend stopping in!
