Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This location has the Cleanest Lobby, Tables all clean, floor swept, and the counter they prepare your food/drinks is spotless. Staff was very efficient and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly. I usually get undercooked chicken pestos but this store made it perfectly. I will be back!

I came to meet a friend. He got his smoothie. I came 5 mins later. I walk to the register. No one greeted me. No one turned around to say I'll be right with you. One girl is working with headphones on. No wonder they don't hear customers come in. I stood there for about 4 mins being ignored before I decided to just go watch my friend eat his food. 3 people working and all incompetent. No wonder this place is empty

The smoothies are ice watery tasting with a faint hint of fruit...very sad state of affairs. I got a banana strawberry mango pineapple smoothie...it was almost 10$ for that price it should at the very least taste of intense fruit bursting out of each sip!!! My husband gagged then laughed when I asked him to verify that I just bought creamy water essence..and not a smoothie!! This actually made me sad ? ? I was robbed with no weapon in broad daylight ? ?Make your own or try another smoothie place if you enjoy actual fruit flavor.

Great food in overall! Had the Cali Breakfast Flatbread which tastes great. Just need a little more heating as the chicken and eggs felt a bit cold in the center of the flat

My preference is to order online in order to minimize any delays in starting work. The fact that this facility is located next door makes it convenient for me. This has always been a wonderful place for me to visit. My order is always ready when I go in, and the staff always says hello. It's always wonderful to get points for freebies when you shop online. Personally, I like the smoothies and have never had a terrible experience with them. Guys, keep up the fantastic work!

Nice place. BUT! Guys, you need to switch your bags. I ordered 2 bowl to go. It took me 10 min to get home, and as soon as I take them out of car, bag hust ripped because it became wet and both of my bowls ended up on the ground. Spent 20 bucks literally for nothing
