The manager Lexi is always very nice and sweet, Maria is as well. It’s a pleasure to go in this location.

Went in for a simple smoothie the other day (which wasnt that great) and was pretty shocked at how trashy the women behind the counter all seemed to talk to each other, especially the older white woman...i sat there for a few minutes and really couldnt believe how a company hires such low life people who have no filter.

I love TSC but this one is by far the worst! First, Walk in and I say goodmorning, black girl has her headphones on looks at you and turns her head back, someone walks in and says goodmorning and she does the same, like girl were are your manners! Second, the smoothie came out horrible, couldn’t drink it and it still had pieces of spinach like actual leafs!! If you hate your job so much then why are you even working there bro, people like her piss me off, let someone else do the job if your gonna have a shitty attitude and do a shitty job, cant even make a proper smoothie. Mind you this isn't the first time this happened. Im convinced everytime my smoothie comes out bad it’s her making it cus when I go in and I see someone else doing the smoothie it comes out good, but when she does it, waste of money!! Always having to throw away my smoothie. She needs to be fired at this point. She was working on 9/4/2025 @9am.

This is the second time we've ordered delivery through the TSC app and both times the order came without the food and said they were told this was the whole order. You cannot request a refund through the app. The first time they didn't answer the phone after I called for 30 minutes and the second time, they required my husband to come up there to get a refund after giving him tons of attitude. The food was behind their counter. The smoothies that did come were awful!!! And I order a Detox Green from Tropical Smoothie at least once a week. This was super dark green, pure juice with chucks throughout and tasted terrible. We won't order from this location again. If I was the owners, I would really look into better staff.

Whatever you do don't order from this location. Personnel is young and not competent enough to understand customer service. Called to inquire about missing items, received attitude as if I was in the wrong. Had to drive to store and address the situation and recieve my refund. Smoothies didn't taste right either.

Customer service is not a proper. I came in to pick up a Uber order and associate tend to keep on working and didn’t ask me was I picking up order another person that was there asked me as I’m picking up and she just kept doing with her attitude saying that I had attitude so I didn’t even say nothing. I was just standing there watching her continue and then I’m picking up or did I need to place an order nothing That’s why I did not come to this tropical smoothie Café to order anymore.

Incredible first experience at this Tropical Smoothie. Dee and Isabella welcomed me in with such bright smiles. They recommended I try the chia banana boost 10/10. Looking forward to coming back and trying more things. It makes such a difference when you walk into a positive atmosphere where the employees are happy. Thank you girls for giving out the good vibes and good smoothies.

This is the salad Uber delivered to me from this location. The detox smoothie was undrinkable as well. This location is usually very reliable and consistently good, but this experience was insultingly awful. It was like some jerk teen employee was having a bad day and decided to mess with food.

I drink smoothies every day And I will have to say that this has to be the worst smoothie I ever tasted in my life, Taste like puke and I let them know after I tasted it they did not offer a refund so I definitely will be disputing this transaction with my bank. Have a good day

This location has the Cleanest Lobby, Tables all clean, floor swept, and the counter they prepare your food/drinks is spotless. Staff was very efficient and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly. I usually get undercooked chicken pestos but this store made it perfectly. I will be back!
