I recently visited Wendy's and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding leadership of Manager Christine. The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant was impeccably clean and well-organized.
Christine runs a tight ship, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. Her staff is neat, professional, and clearly well-trained, working together seamlessly to provide excellent service.
I also want to give a special mention to the gentleman with the dreadlocks. Not only is he incredibly handsome, but he also exemplifies the high standards set by Christine, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.

Ordered a biggie bag for my grandson , ordered a hamburger, barbecue sauce for nuggets , And an apple juice . Guy asked if I wanted a bacon cheeseburger, I said no , a hamburger . He then asked do I want cheese ? I said no, a hamburger. Pull up to window and receive order and upon getting home , I have a bacon cheese burger and was charged an extra 1.62 for the juice .
Go back , show receipt that clearly says no bacon , no cheese . Lady brings out a hamburger. Cold bun , and a beef patty . Nothing else .

I placed a pick-up order online at this location, and the staff were just okay. They had me pull over to the side even though the email stated the food was ready. I ordered 3 big bacon classic burgers, fries, drinks, and a baked potato. When I got home and opened my bag, I just had to take a pic of the smallest piece of bacon and lettuce added to my burger and a baked potato so small a child would not be satisfied. Since when is a big bacon classic burger the size of a Jr. Burger?What is going on with the quality of food and service??? These franchises have to do better.
