I literally just picked up my order at around 9:30pm October 11th 2025 and literally I said hello and 2 nasty attitude girls looked at me while on their phone ignored me when I was only trying to pick up my order. Y’all need to train your staff because that was absolutely disgusting….i know y’all won’t care but I will never order here again. Your staff is disrespectful 🙄

this experience was horrible there was a bug in my cup they didn’t bring me fries the lady had a whole attitude with me. the drinks were water down the ranch was watered down bad services

I can completely understand why they have three star rating. Today I went into this location to pick up a mobile order. I stood there as three guys who were in the kitchen bagging and cooking looked at me and continue working. One guy expedited the food to awaiting Customer, and then went back into the kitchen and looked at me and continue to do what he was doing. No greeting, no I will be with you in a moment, nothing! I walked to the back and grabbed my own food because apparently I was not going to be serviced. Once I went to grab my food that’s when he tried to stop me. I wish he did put his hands on me because it would’ve been a problem. How can someone walk into an establishment and not be greeted, But make eye contact by every single employee! And this is not a race thing because I am African-American and the employees were also all three African-American men. Just poor customer service

They will mess up your order 8 times out of 10. Sucks that the food is so good because their staff and management is horrid. I called to get a refund on my order that they completely screwed up. When they put me on the phone with the manager. He hung up on me mid sentence. This advice isn’t to be mean but is a requirement if you’re going to order here, NAG THE LIFE OUT OF THEIR WORKERS. Be on their case. If you don’t, theres a 80% chance your order will be wrong and there will be a 100% chance you will not get a refund.

I can truly say I’m very disappointed of how I was treated upon coming to pick an order I place online , which was set for delivery per me email I was advise to contact store for changes . Which I called spoke to a young lady who was very sweet don’t remember her name . However , there was a young man name Francois told me he couldn’t give me my food which I find very unprofessional to tell a customer who called before arrival and stated I was coming . Customer service absolutely terrible from that young man , then didn’t even try to give me my food . Definitely will not go back there again and I’m 6 mins away . Disappointed in the service ! ! For management not to be available at that moment Terrible!

Listen IDK whoooo was the cook tonight and the other night But PLEASE keep them ! The effort and passion they put into making this food is very rare and I am so pleased! I need to know when they are on duty so I can know when to order my food! This is almost the best batch I ever had the other one was from the other night! Thank you for making my food to Perfection keep up the good work. The wings were flavorful , NOT overcooked! & I ordered from DoorDash & same for the fries! Job well done

Always order on APP and arrive after the time it says ready and still have to wait for the food. They need more workers. They need to adjust the time on the APP since its never ready.

We had the tenders with Luisianna rob. It was excellent. Fries are good but don't get them drenched in melted cheese, it gets soggy.

I have never once had my order right on pickup in over 20 visits. The times I remember to check the bag I get attitude when I ask for fixes. The other times I forget just lead to sadness. They also just started packaging the fries in clamshells leading to soggy limp fries.
