I order from here every Tuesday night. The food is always ready when I arrive. The staff are friendly and are quick to hand out my order. The food here is very delicious, and I can say that Wingstop, hands down, is the best fast food that I’ve ever had!

They are very prompt, & I've never had a problem with my order before. Ever since I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Deerfield location, I go out of my way to order from this location and they do not disappoint.

I ordered food from this Wingstop and my order was completely wrong. When I went back to the store to get it corrected, the store manager refused to fix the order or issue a refund. No accountability, no attempt to help, just flat-out refusal.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters — and this location handled it terribly. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this Wingstop to anyone.

Im actually waiting for an order. We walked in at 12:45pm and its now 1:37pm. There was no one in front of me. We ordered and waited. Customers came after me, ordered and waited. The customers who came after got their orders. My name disappeared from the board. My order still is not out. The food can't be that good. I am currently asking for a refund. Don't come if you're in a rush or have an appointment. We won't be trying again.

I literally just picked up my order at around 9:30pm October 11th 2025 and literally I said hello and 2 nasty attitude girls looked at me while on their phone ignored me when I was only trying to pick up my order. Y’all need to train your staff because that was absolutely disgusting….i know y’all won’t care but I will never order here again. Your staff is disrespectful 🙄

this experience was horrible there was a bug in my cup they didn’t bring me fries the lady had a whole attitude with me. the drinks were water down the ranch was watered down bad services

I can completely understand why they have three star rating. Today I went into this location to pick up a mobile order. I stood there as three guys who were in the kitchen bagging and cooking looked at me and continue working. One guy expedited the food to awaiting Customer, and then went back into the kitchen and looked at me and continue to do what he was doing. No greeting, no I will be with you in a moment, nothing! I walked to the back and grabbed my own food because apparently I was not going to be serviced. Once I went to grab my food that’s when he tried to stop me. I wish he did put his hands on me because it would’ve been a problem. How can someone walk into an establishment and not be greeted, But make eye contact by every single employee! And this is not a race thing because I am African-American and the employees were also all three African-American men. Just poor customer service

They will mess up your order 8 times out of 10. Sucks that the food is so good because their staff and management is horrid. I called to get a refund on my order that they completely screwed up. When they put me on the phone with the manager. He hung up on me mid sentence. This advice isn’t to be mean but is a requirement if you’re going to order here, NAG THE LIFE OUT OF THEIR WORKERS. Be on their case. If you don’t, theres a 80% chance your order will be wrong and there will be a 100% chance you will not get a refund.

I can truly say I’m very disappointed of how I was treated upon coming to pick an order I place online , which was set for delivery per me email I was advise to contact store for changes . Which I called spoke to a young lady who was very sweet don’t remember her name . However , there was a young man name Francois told me he couldn’t give me my food which I find very unprofessional to tell a customer who called before arrival and stated I was coming . Customer service absolutely terrible from that young man , then didn’t even try to give me my food . Definitely will not go back there again and I’m 6 mins away . Disappointed in the service ! ! For management not to be available at that moment Terrible!

I need to know when they are on duty so I can know when to order my food! This is almost the best batch I ever had the other one was from the other night! Thank you for making my food to Perfection keep up the good work. The wings were flavorful , NOT overcooked! & I ordered from DoorDash & same for the fries! Job well done
