Visited one of the franchises at the sawgrass store #735 and was receiving great customer service until Allen and Sofia came back from lunch and started giving one of their coworker attitude about how long the line was. As me my wife and friends were standing in line we can hear Sofia cursing up a storm saying “why the hell did he tell them we had cinnamon pretzels in stock if we don’t have it we don’t have it sell them whatever is on the dam tray” so as a fresh batch of pretzels came from the oven we then heard Sofia and Allen plotting to not add any cinnamon to the pretzels just because and when they figured out we were listening they added cinnamon. My wife was soooo dissatisfied with the customer service there that she confronted Sofia’s and asked for her name which she hesitated to say but then started harassing our friend about why the need for her name to a point he left without making a purchase because he was uncomfortable... this cannot continue if that’s not how your organization want to be represented. My friends, family and social media platforms will hear about that location and the situation that transpired today.
