I enjoy going to BK especially when I receive their coupons. Unfortunately at this location I was informed by there employee that they don’t accept BK coupons. I was highly disappointed.

I bought a chicken sandwich with burnt bread on October 21st! I informed the head office and they actually asked me to apply for BK APP and use the coupons in it as compensation. You have lost a customer due to the company's handling of the matter.

This location door was closed for no reason at 8:05 AM when it says they are open. I have a Large Van I do not drive a little car through the drive through. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and Atmosphere I have experienced.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they come about three times that I go and in the service to take your order, the cashiers always serve you reluctantly and if you don't speak English it is worse!!! If they don't listen they should fix the drive-thru microphone.

When I walked in this place, the female cashier she didn't greet me. The approach was so cold, would you like to order something. I asked about the apple pies, and she said Burger King doesn't make apple pies. I said thank you and walked out the door. I was thinking thisburger King us in a good area, it should be booming, making money traffic should be wrapped around the corner. The few customers I do see probably oh well, I'm hungry. These attitudes women out here have such nasty ways. That's why there's no business

Many improvements made here. Bigger experienced staff. My number 1 Burger King in my area now. Only fast food chain I eat from now. Check them out.
Parking: 2 or 3 handicap spots. Possibly 20 regular spots.
