The ice cream was great, the location is prime. On the inside, there was paper napkins all over, the tables were dirty and sticky. I don't understand how a business with 5 employees and downtime don't have them pick up the litter and clean up the tables. It seems like there was no one in charge.

Nice place friendly staff. It’s nice to sit outside next to fountain but someone should come out occasionally to sweep area very trashy looking. Also invest on new furniture or at least spray painting current one it would make a big difference.

Bought an I like it and love it. The girl behind the counter must've been new cause I came out with nothing in the cups 5 spoon full and was done before I paid $15. I complained and she didn't care.

Had a great experience thanks to Sharon. I came in at night with a very large order for 6 people and she quickly prepared all of the different orders for my family.
I would also like to mention I asked for one of the orders to be made in the back due to a severe peanut allergy and without hesitation she went right over to the back and made the order with a smile on her face.
I appreciated her hospitality and the best part is she got every single order perfect !

They mess up a birthday cake and then it's hard to get a response. Once you finally do they try to blame it on you. It's not my fault you're employees can't read each other's handwriting. Why lie saying somebody tried to call when nobody did?? And why would I get a cake without "Happy Birthday". I bought the cake for my mom for her birthday and she didn't like it that much because of the mess up. Will have to get the cake somewhere else next time.

I loved this placed, and the team before was really good. I wanted to try this new signature and you can see and the picture the ice cream that I asked to have with the ice cream that I received. Terrible!. Bad experience.

I'm so terribly disappointed in cold stone pastacio ice cream, it was horrible. Had to return it. To much extract, not real pastacio ice cream. Food coloring was to green, I should have known something was wrong. It taste like liquor.
