They mess up a birthday cake and then it's hard to get a response. Once you finally do they try to blame it on you. It's not my fault you're employees can't read each other's handwriting. Why lie saying somebody tried to call when nobody did?? And why would I get a cake without "Happy Birthday". I bought the cake for my mom for her birthday and she didn't like it that much because of the mess up. Will have to get the cake somewhere else next time.

I'm so terribly disappointed in cold stone pastacio ice cream, it was horrible. Had to return it. To much extract, not real pastacio ice cream. Food coloring was to green, I should have known something was wrong. It taste like liquor.

It is my favorite ice cream shop but I will not return to this branch. The attention was bad. My portion of ice cream was small, I ordered cake and m&m's and they left half of my mix on the table. I told the lady who served me but her response was that she had already put everything in and that was the portion. I also asked the name of the person who helped me and he refused to give it to me. They should train their staff for customer service.
