I took a friend for the first time and she loved the grilled chicken sandwich. She doesn't drive so she'll continue ordering with Door Dash. I had a delicious cheeseburger. We both had yummy shakes. The people that work there are always friendly and the staff who keep the tables clean and organized are the best and very helpful. I always love going there. Great food and great service! A++++

“I visited the drive-thru, and one of my kids’ meals was missing. I came inside upset, but the manager on duty; Claudia, handled it amazingly. She remade my order, offered a free scoop of custard, and was so polite and cheerful throughout. I left feeling happy and really appreciated her effort to turn the experience around. Because of Claudia’s great service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Claudia!

I normally do not review businesses as much of the time nothing goes above & beyond nor are there any major issues. But today, I went to my local Culver’s for lunch, I was accompanied by my service dog. All was going well until an older employee in the dining room told me I could not give my service dog any water. I told her I’m allowed to give her water since I was supplying the bowl, (restaurants are not required to give a service animal means to drink, but cannot disallow this if the handler supplies the means) then I proceeded to sit down. Then a couple minutes later, the store manager comes over & says the same thing. I gave the same response. She then said that I could sit out (not going to happen because it’s hot). I told her I was comfortable where I am. Next she told me she’ll need to “call it in”. By this she meant she was going to call the police. This is completely absurd & embarrassing for me as I’m being harassed due to my disability. I am appalled & disgusted. I will not be coming back here, which does suck because the food is good.

First time visiting. The atmosphere was great! The service was excellent! How they bring you your order. Even notice they do curbside pickup!! Amazing. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!! My brother and I had the jumbo butterfly shrimp A+++ delicious must try!! COD fish taste ? delicious ? also a must!! Keep up the consistency in quality!!!

My first visit to Culver’s was satisfying, but I had hoped for a bit more. The crinkle-cut fries were great—crispy and cooked just right. The burger was fresh and tasted great. The chicken tenders were alright, nothing bad but not a standout either. The fish sandwich, unfortunately, was a little bland and didn’t live up to my expectations. That said, the restaurant was very clean and the staff were super friendly and polite, which definitely made the experience more enjoyable. I’d still like to try more of the menu, though!

My sadness is the food was literally cold today and rubbery inside it as if it was expired food and thrown into the microwave. Bothing about the meals were fresh AT ALL. I previously posted a great review months ago but the quality went downhill quick. I would not recommend the food here at all.
