As I tried to treat my daughter to a Ice cream called Mud Pie, I was told the only way I could get it was through the app which is ridiculous since I’m standing in the store in front of a young man that could not be older than 16 years old. Is a shame that I was told that is the store owners policy. I hope things like this change because we are spending our hard earned money on local businesses.

What a difference new owners can make! The new owners recently bought this location. Super clean, super friendly and super yummy treats!! I will travel the 10 miles, when I’m in the mood for DQ, regardless of having closer options.

I just found out this Dairy Queen does not accept DQ coupons. When we asked manager Xavier Murillo why he wouldn’t honor the coupon he tactless responded “We are a franchise, we chose not to accept coupons.” While I understand they are not obligated to honor coupons, I felt it was a rude evidence of lack of respect for customers. Most fast food, coffee and ice cream places are franchises (McDonalds, Dunkin, Coldstone) , and I was never denied a coupon. Good job Mr. Murillo, an excellent way to lose a customer.

Go to another location, I don't recommend it. The Venezuelan lady is the one with short hair who serves. She is rude and poorly educated. She doesn't know how to serve the public. I ordered an ice cream with chocolate pieces and I got too little chocolate for the size I ordered. I told her no. I liked it because it didn't feel like much chocolate! And she got upset, I finally asked her to give me a refund because I didn't want the ice cream, and she didn't want to give me the money back, she was upset, now my question is?? Do I have to keep a product I don't like? Why does she want me to eat it? It's not the way, it's not the attitude, that's not how you treat a client. He told me that he had already given me the refund and it was a lie, I realized it and he had to give it to me in cash. He kept me waiting for the refund for like 6 minutes, disappointing, I won't be back again. Terrible service, I told her I would report her and she replied that she doesn't care that I did it!

My blizzard was that consistency of soup. I asked for it to be remade with only taking one bite and was told I would have to pay for a new one they don’t accept returns. It was not my fault they did not make the blizzard correctly. The managers are rude as well as the owners. they also do not accept coupons, their customer service is a -10. I will never support this business ever again.
