What a difference new owners can make! The new owners recently bought this location. Super clean, super friendly and super yummy treats!! I will travel the 10 miles, when I’m in the mood for DQ, regardless of having closer options.

I just found out this Dairy Queen does not accept DQ coupons. When we asked manager Xavier Murillo why he wouldn’t honor the coupon he tactless responded “We are a franchise, we chose not to accept coupons.” While I understand they are not obligated to honor coupons, I felt it was a rude evidence of lack of respect for customers. Most fast food, coffee and ice cream places are franchises (McDonalds, Dunkin, Coldstone) , and I was never denied a coupon. Good job Mr. Murillo, an excellent way to lose a customer.

Ice cream is a treat but coming in here is a chore. The ladies working here are not welcoming at all. They are super unfriendly. Everyone has a bad day. But I do remember coming in here like a year ago and I k ow one of them was working. Same attitude. It sure must be tough working with the public but I am friendly and some sort of kindness back would be appreciated. Ugh. Anyway, I ordered the Cherry Choco Love Blizzard. This is vanilla ice cream with cherry something and chocolate chips. I ordered a small and it was pretty big actually. I used to LOVE blizzards. This one was not bad but not great either. It just tasted a little like it was lacking flavor which was odd. I tasted the Oreo Blizzard and that was good.They also have birthday cakes. I always get mine from a different ice cream store. I kind of want to try DQ's but I am thinking I might be disappointed with it

This place has two senior citizen working! I don't mind the fact that they move slow but their attitude was very rude! I wouldn't go back to this Dairy Queen if it was the last ice shop in Florida!

I've been to this location 10 times so far and experienced zero issues! Business is slow, store is always clean, employees are quick with preparing orders, and it's close to my job! My favorite Blizzard Treats are the Choco Brownie Extreme, Oreo, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cotton Candy, and Oreo Brookie!On May 10, 2023, I placed an order for a 10-inch Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard Round Cake for my mom before Mother's Day, and it came out gorgeous and was done on time - my mom really enjoyed it! This place is perfect if you want to purchase a cake for a special occasion!

My blizzard was that consistency of soup. I asked for it to be remade with only taking one bite and was told I would have to pay for a new one they don’t accept returns. It was not my fault they did not make the blizzard correctly. The managers are rude as well as the owners. they also do not accept coupons, their customer service is a -10. I will never support this business ever again.
Bad customer service, my blizzard was like soup when I asked them to remake it they said i had to pay for a new one i didnt even get to eat my blizzard The manager barely spoke english and wouldnt even look at me. Never give them your money they are greedy and dont care about costumers.

Horrible place. They made my blizzard like it was soup. Asked them to remake it and i was told i had to pay for a new one even though i didn't even eat the first one they made. Customer service is horrible! My daughter's blizzard barely had any oreo in it.

I ordered a blizzard and got ice cream soup instead, when I opened my icecream because they put a lid on it i saw it was not the quality it should have been i had only stepped outside the store i went back in and asked the cashier if they could take my uneaten blizzard and make a new one he spoke to the manager and the manager said no tell her to buy a new one. I will NEVER go back there again!

These people are ridiculous, my 1st bad experience, my 5 year old dropped her cone, and I had to purchase another. I understand it was my 5 year old fault, but any other place would have replaced it. A happy customer is more important than $3. 2nd time around. I got a melted blizzer and I could not get a replacement or refund. It's not the employees, management encouraged this. Its incredible how silly people can get over a few dollars. I'm done with this place, I rather take my family a few more minutes away to the Davie location. And I can literally walk to this location.

I ordered two blizzards went outside opened my banana split blizzard to see that it was the consistency of soup. I went back in and asked if they could remake it and I was told no I would have to purchase a new one. It was not my fault it was not made properly horrible customer service. Horrible store will never support that location again.
