Dont bother. I was so excited... spent $30 worth of pastries. Eclairs, Napoleons, cappuccinos and cangrejitos (bite size soft sweet dough filled with meat). They were all hard, dry and stale. Called bakery was told sorry we gave very low foot traffic. :(

We always had a good experience with Vicky Bakery but not this time at all. There is no coffee in ice coffee. I am wondered how people don't understand English will running business in here. Stuff were not friendly either.

I love Vickys! They always have the best pastries and cafecito. The staff are all helpful and kind. I love getting the papa rellena and the pastilitos! Perfect little spot. They also do platters and catering!

This is the worst service I have ever received. I called 10 minutes before I got there but was put on hold, when I walked inside I got in line and told them as a courtesy they can hang up because I'm the one on the phone. They told me that's not their fault I just have to get in line which I was clearly already doing. There were only 2 people ahead of me. I order and am waiting for my food. 7-8 people have come and gone after me. Still no food but my coffee has had time to cool down so I'll have to reheat that when I get home now. I remind them I still haven't gotten my food they bring it from the back and before putting in the toaster decide to put more toast in even though I am now the only person inside. After years of coming here (and never really being treated amazing) I've decided I'm never going back. I'd rather spend my money anywhere else.

Went in there 4/2/2020 at 1:20pm and the white hispanic two women in there did not acknowledge me whatsoever. Granted they were dealing with a white hispanic customer so I waited but when that customer left, still not a word. One of them looked me in the eye as she walked away to the back kitchen. I had to yell to the one making sandwiches if that was my order and she nodded. When the other one returned, she still did not acknowledge me or even ask if I was being helped. Some other customers (who, surprise surprise, were white hispanic) had arrived by then and she jumped to help them. Racists!! I will never patronize this business again.

I ordered a birthday cake at Vicky Bakery Cooper city (Stirling Road), I picked it up on Sunday January 19. The scheduled time was 1 pm... Not only I had to wait 20 min because cake was not ready. But also the cake was not what I expected and ordered. I paid for a vanilla and chocolate cake ... And the cake was only vanilla cake. That was a disappointment at party cake time to know that the flavors were not as I ordered. I am not happy with the service overall. I will never order from this store again.

Doughgirl Bakery makes delicious treats with amazing designs. For my daughter's first birthday she created an amazing Alice in wonderland cake along with yummy cookies. I've used her for a few other occasions for parties and hoilday treats and she never disappoints. I highly recommend.

Employees do not usually listen to your orders after telling them twice. And I recommend to always ask for receipt. They charge for items that you didn't not ask for.
the selection of cakes cookies pastries is never ending for lunch they have the most delicious sandwich they show an outstanding array of cakes for all occasions i try to get just one thing but i all ways end up with a box of goodies

Relatively meh bakery. I've been meaning to try a Vicky bakery and went to the one closest to my house. They seem to have a massive selection of pastries and cakes but I only tried one at the moment. I got the guava cheese and it was pretty disappointing. There wasn't much of a cheese flavor and the guava wasn't the best. The pastry itself was ok, but just ok. The place was pretty cute, not much seating to sit down and enjoy coffee or dessert. Not writing this place off just yet, definitely need to try more and see how it goes !

I tried the vegan bread for the first time today and I have to say... it's tastier and lighter than the regular bread. My son is plant based therefore very particular with what he consumes and he enjoyed it as well.. please continue to add more vegan/plant base choices to your menu Vicky Bakery.

I have been going to Vicky Bakeries for more than 10 years. I always enjoy the food and service. Since I moved to Broward, this one is the closest to me and every time I go it's more of a disappointment! The food is always old and cold. The quality of the pastries is awful! They give Cuban pastries a bad name. I rather drive a little farther to Davie or Miramar to get quality food and service! Stay away from here.
