I was at the Dunkin’ Donuts on griffin road in Cooper City at 6:00pm on Saturday June 7th. The place was empty, there was no one else their but me and my girlfriend- meaning no rush and time to do my order.The worker asked what I’d like to order and I asked for a medium refresher in order to get the promotion. She put in a small making me pay more- I originally wanted to use my gift card which I would have been able to if she listened to me correctly or told my order back at me butt no. I had to use my cash which I did not want to. And I told her I asked for a medium and if she could please fix it. Instead she said “no I’m already making the small cant change it now” so not only did she get my drink size wrong but she also wasted my money and refused to fix the problem, which could have been easily solved but instead she decided to waste my time, money and make me upset.

Just got two sandwiches and a dozen doughnuts. It was 6:12 am. The jelly doughnut has to be the hardest thing ever. I try not to eat doughnuts often but I get one for me and it has to be leftover from the day before. What a disappointment. If this location can’t do better maybe they need to shutdown. Hopefully the rest are better.

Today was hands down the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. It was my first time coming to this location. I ordered a drink and was given only half of it because I asked for “less ice.” When handing me the drink, the guy laughed and said, “I didn’t make this.” When I pointed out the issue, the blonde store manager took the drink, claimed to throw it in the trash, refunded me, made me pay again, and still gave me the same half-filled drink after saying she would remake it. Absolutely ridiculous. The rest of the staff was amazing and super nice, but the manager’s attitude and the way she handled the situation completely ruined it. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin’.

Normally I'm patient because I know mornings can be hectic especially when ordering food, however there are some days you can't just brush it off. Lately, despite placing my order 10 to 12 minutes before arriving, with food, it's not ready. People who walk in are leaving before on the go orders. The worse day is Wednesdays, seems the manager isn't there and you can definitely tell the difference in service & speed. Today was just unacceptable, multiple on the go orders were incomplete leaving us waiting im store for than 15 minutes. Convenience is essential and makes a world of a difference when you're trying to get the day going with a nice breakfast. I enjoy coming to this location and hope things improve.

Accidentally ordered a hot coffee instead of ice coffee via the app. Asked if I could please have some ice for it because I mistakenly ordered it incorrectly and they made me get a refund on the coffee and then reorder it. Waited an extra 20 min for ice.. makes absolutely no sense
I ask for Frozen Green tea matcha but is poor on flavor I'll barely taste the matcha is has a lot ice so terrible!! I rather buy on Starbucks this kind of beverages!!

Horrible customer service!!!been waiting for long time to my coffee to serve theres no line before me so it supposed to be my order will be serve first but what happened is i waited for long time to get my coffee ị even follow it up to the server but he is kinda mad about it he is talking to his coworker instead of doing my coffee!!!they served the orders the people behind me that just came after me but my order didn’t! So i went to cashier to ask my coffee and then she gave it to me.horrible experience not going to this place anymore!!!
