Had a mobile order for a large frozen drink and 25 count munchkin doughnuts. There were 7 employees inside the store at this time while only 2-3 worked the front. There were very few customers and while I waited for my order I witnessed an employee make my drink and add to much whipped cream to it and IN FRONT OF ME told another employee to bite it off the top of my drink. Then they asked if I needed anything else to where I replied I was waiting on my 25 count of munchkins and they said they didnt have any so instead they gave me 3 doughnuts instead. So I paid double the price for these 3 doughnuts and never once saw this employee wash their hands or use any sanitary products. As a chef myself I am absolutely appalled by the standards this dunkin has. I will never be coming back here or ordering from another Dunkin Doughnuts again if this is how they conduct business.

I was at the Dunkin’ Donuts on griffin road in Cooper City at 6:00pm on Saturday June 7th. The place was empty, there was no one else their but me and my girlfriend- meaning no rush and time to do my order.The worker asked what I’d like to order and I asked for a medium refresher in order to get the promotion. She put in a small making me pay more- I originally wanted to use my gift card which I would have been able to if she listened to me correctly or told my order back at me butt no. I had to use my cash which I did not want to. And I told her I asked for a medium and if she could please fix it. Instead she said “no I’m already making the small cant change it now” so not only did she get my drink size wrong but she also wasted my money and refused to fix the problem, which could have been easily solved but instead she decided to waste my time, money and make me upset.
Just got two sandwiches and a dozen doughnuts. It was 6:12 am. The jelly doughnut has to be the hardest thing ever. I try not to eat doughnuts often but I get one for me and it has to be leftover from the day before. What a disappointment. If this location can’t do better maybe they need to shutdown. Hopefully the rest are better.

Today was hands down the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. It was my first time coming to this location. I ordered a drink and was given only half of it because I asked for “less ice.” When handing me the drink, the guy laughed and said, “I didn’t make this.” When I pointed out the issue, the blonde store manager took the drink, claimed to throw it in the trash, refunded me, made me pay again, and still gave me the same half-filled drink after saying she would remake it. Absolutely ridiculous. The rest of the staff was amazing and super nice, but the manager’s attitude and the way she handled the situation completely ruined it. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin’.
