Horrible customer service!!!been waiting for long time to my coffee to serve theres no line before me so it supposed to be my order will be serve first but what happened is i waited for long time to get my coffee ị even follow it up to the server but he is kinda mad about it he is talking to his coworker instead of doing my coffee!!!they served the orders the people behind me that just came after me but my order didn’t! So i went to cashier to ask my coffee and then she gave it to me.horrible experience not going to this place anymore!!!

Arrived to pick up 2 dozen donuts for a coaches meeting. I arrived and saw 3 people behind the counter speaking with a customer who just paid and received their order. The cashier continued a conversation with the paid customer as the other two laughed and conversed with each other completely ignoring me. I had no time to waste so I left after 4-5 minutes. Where the hell is the customer service? I proceeded to get pastries elsewhere and told the coaches why I was late. They asked the location and they were just as taken aback as I was! I contacted corporate and recommended they look at the cameras, so we’ll see how serious they take this, and if they even care about customer service! ?♂️
Great dunkin location. They have a quick pick-up available where you can order ahead. Had an iced coffee, and my niece had a strawberry refresher. They were made well and quick.

One of the best Dunkin locations in Broward. Plenty of donuts and muffin varieties available in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and fast. The place was very clean when I visited as well as the bathroom.

I legit stopped by here less than 10 .minutes ago... I ordered 2 sandwiches and an iced coffee. Not 10 seconds after I paid, my coffee was ready and I thought it looked wrong. Not only was it right, but it was the best iced coffee I've ever had. About 20 seconds later, my sandwiches were ready! I also got a compliment about my hair (I had woken up 45 mins before and hadn't even brushed it yet) with my sandwiches. My son devoured the sandwiches and said they were amazing too! Extremely nice people and so happy I stopped! Next time I'll bring more cash to tip because I only had 3 dollars.Amazing guys! Thank you so much!

Initially I wanted to go thru the drive thru. However, I’m glad I walked in. Amanda Brandi and the young lady who prepared my egg & cheese croissant were fast, courteous, helpful and professional. With a nice warm and friendly smile.I’m big on customer service and I spend my money where the service is good.The atmosphere was clean and welcoming as l left a customer gave me a nice pleasant smile and of course I gave her a nice pleasant smile in return.If I were not in a rush I would have dined in BUT there always a next time. I’ll definitely be back for sure.
