Not your usual gas station food to say the least. We ordered the breakfast bowl and an almond croissant. The chef advised to pair the breakfast bowl with their hot sauce and wow - did not disappoint. Cant wait to come back here for breakfast on the go

I've been here a couple times, tried some of their toasts, pastries, and coffee. It's all fantastic quality, much better than you would expect from a gas station cafe. I hope eventually they get their own standalone building because the food and service is excellent, just needs an atmosphere to match. They bake everything fresh and it's all very delicious, I would definitely stop if you have an opportunity, don't let the gas station fool you into thinking this isn't a top notch little bakery inside.Vegetarian options: Toasts, vegan dishes, pastries, plenty to choose from

Effe is a cute spot for coffee and pastry. Located on Sterling Road. Their breakfast bowls and sandwiches are popular. My favorite thing from the menu is the roast beef sandwich. It has excellent quality fresh sliced roast beef with in house made pickles, cheese and beef jus mayo that is to die for. The espresso is really great and prices are very good. Don't forget to tip these friendly hard working people well!

Effe Cafe in Marathon Gas Station… So I stopped in today & looked at the Bakery case & WHAT?!? How has this deliciousness gone unnoticed prior? And how embarrassing is that? Read: VERY… this is obviously all homemade, and delish!! I’m on a shred but broke it today to try the focaccia and it didn’t disappoint!! And I have a lot of respect for the authenticity & artisanship. I will DEFINITELY be back now that I’m in the “know…” & now you are, too, so there’s no reason not to visit!
