What a find - fresh pastries and excellent breakfast toasts and sandwiches. Plan to return to try the lunch menu. Wish there was seating, but we made do at the park in the back.
Kid-friendliness: Kids wolfed down everything. Nothing like fresh pastries and cafe latte to appease my kids!

Effe Cafe is an absolute must try.. and keep coming back, because it is truly addictive!
From their fresh buttery croissants to their ever-changing savory specials- Effe Cafe is a true local find. My mom and I have introduced their food to so many people, and it is always a hit. I’d encourage anyone to go in, try something new, and have a nice chat while you wait for some super delicious treats!

Okay there is no place to sit here. It is inside a gas station shop.
People come here for pastry and coffee. I ordered a toast with mushrooms and feta cheese. It was extremely salty. Felt like I am licking the salt right out of the shaker.
We also had a butter croissant and it had sugar on it, I ain’t used to that but it was okay. Maybe 6/10 on the croissant. Unfortunately didn’t try the coffee there.

I didn't care for the food really. It was made fresh on the spot. that I appreciate. The service was good. However it did taste bland. Like the grill needs a little cleaning so it wont taste like chemical. But what bothered me the most was that the person who prepared it had no gloves and and touched everything with bare hands. I did not see him wash his hands before preparing it so who knows what he did before making my sandwich.

Nestled inside a gas station makes it a bit quirky but the food is always fresh and delicious. The husband and wife chef team are friendly and hard working. You can tell they love what they do. Daily specials..tostada tuesdays, friday and saturday surprises, soup on Thursday, pizza on wednesdays...wonderful. worth the visit!

This is in a gas station! Who eats food from a cafe in a gas station? I do. I think that up and coming chefs might need a small affordable place to get their start in life. What a perfect place to do it. This place was there years ago and then closed up. I think during covid. I missed them and then, they came back around a year ago. I jad my first meal, a breakfast sandwich and it was so good and affordable. I recently tried a loaf of their fresh made sourdough bread for $9.99. It's huge but it is so good. I love it tastes as it becomes chewy in a good way. It's filled with seeds and it is really the best bread for health reasons. I'm diabetic but this bread does not affect my sugar levels. I bought two loafs and froze one. I came home and found mh 100 pound dog, Fitz, jumped up on tje counter and took the whole loaf. He managed to eat the top half! I had my spare loaf in the freezer.Anyway, look to this cafe with a husband and wife team for some great fresh breakfast, danishes and of course the best loaf of bread in Florida. You will be coming back. Fill your truck/ car up and get a snack or a meal.
Dietary restrictions: The sourdough bread is real with no yeast. It's not like the store bought breads. I would also suggest you order a loaf the day before as they only make a couple a day. They will save it for you but, please dont stiff them. They are so nice and don't ask for you to pay upfront.

Holy gem in the wall! This café may be in a gas station but deserves to be in its own stand-alone building! Stopped by today for the first time and will be going back frequently to try everything on the menu! Gourmet breakfast, juices, and coffee at an amazing price with high quality ingredients and awesome service! This is going to be my new go-to! We got a freshly squeeze orange juice, breakfast bowl added cheeses, the focaccia ?, and the special soup of the day, I think it was cauliflower. It was all incredible! 10/10
