We went to Elite for a cake tasting. We decided on a three layer cake for our wedding. Two of the layers with a twisted salted caramel filling. And a special design on the back of the cake. When we went to cut the cake, there was no design on the back. Imagine our disappointment. Then when we cut the cake and tasted it, the cake was vanilla and the filling was plain. It was the most bland cake I have ever had. $700 later and pure disappointment. My husband emailed the company to express our concern and ask why we did not receive what we paid for. It has been almost two months since our wedding and no one has even respond to explain or with a simple apology. Reprehensible is the only word that I can use to describe the company and their customer service.
