“Went with a group of friends..wow...this is a neighborhood gem..nice ambiance, delicious food, kind helpful, honest, friendly staff who suggested amazing dishes. One of my friends was hesitant about Indian food was blown away and planning to return with her husband..we didn't have not one bad dish..EVERYTHING was delicious..will definitely drive 30 minutes to return to this restaurant..it is worth the drive..A MUST TRY..100% recommend 😋“

“This little hole in the wall may not look like much, but the food is plentiful and tasty. The chef came out to greet us personally and asked about our preferences.

We ordered lamb curry, chicken curry along with some bread and appetizers. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Do not be put off by their lack of decor, if you want really good South Indian food, come to Peppers. They are very friendly and accommodating people.“

“We were hungry and unfamiliar with the area, so when someone recommended Palace Indian Restaurant, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant had high ratings for its food and hospitality, which piqued our interest, even though we approached with a bit of hesitation. When we arrived, a professional young lady greeted us warmly. Within 15 minutes, we were seated and served refreshments and appetizers. The food came quickly and was even better than we expected. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants, but this one was exceptional. My picky daughter enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and rice without any complaints. What really stood out was when the owner, who also manages the restaurant, came to our table. He asked if he could join us and made sure we were happy with the service and food. This personal touch made us feel very special. Although it’s hard to imagine a place deserving more than five stars, Palace is definitely worth the highest praise. We highly recommend it. “We had dinner last night for the first time. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and my husband had the Lamb Korma with garlic naan. We both asked for level 5 out of 10 spicyness. Next time I am going to ask for 8 but the food was excellent! The service was awesome and the food didn't take long to be ready. Its eat in or take out. My only criticism is that theres not much in seating and the seats are a bit uncomfortable. If you're vegetarian/vegan they also have a great selection. Next time I am.trying the chana masala!“

“I stumbled upon a hidden gem, Woodlands Express in Ft. Lauderdale, a small hole-in-the-wall brunch spot run by Chef Carlos, a Hispanic chef with a passion for South Indian cuisine. What struck me was that Carlos hadn't just learned to cook South Indian food - he had trained with chefs in India itself, and his love for the cuisine shone through in every dish. The meal began with a steaming bowl of tomato rasam, a flavorful appetizer that set the tone for what was to come. Next up was the main event: a crispy poori served with a delicious potato and sagoo masala, accompanied by a side of creamy coconut chutney. Each bite was a testament to Carlos' skill and dedication to his craft. Finally, the meal ended with a sweet treat - a plate of gulab jamoon, soft dumplings soaked in sweet rose-water syrup. It was the perfect ending to a meal that was equal parts comforting and nostalgic. What struck me most was the cultural fusion on display - a Hispanic chef serving up authentic South Indian food with love and care. It was a beautiful example of how food can transcend borders and cultures, bringing people together over good food and warm hospitality. If you're ever in Ft. “Very clean. Food had a lot of flavor. I don't really it this type of stuff except on occasion, so I can't reference it against much. You'll probably spend $10-$15 on their entrees, but they give you MORE than enough food. We were one of two tables in the restraunt, and it was kind of slow, but I'm going to chalk that up to them making it fresh. I will definitely recommend it, as will I also go back. They do some sort of buffet, but only during lunch hours. I haven't tried it, but it's worth noting that it's only during lunch.“

“Great Food Hall with an eclectic variety of food vendors. I really liked that you could find a seat and scan a QR Code to view all of the Menu's. You could also place your Order - even at multiple vendors - and complete one Checkout process. Then, they would bring your food to your table. The man that was cleaning tables was very friendly and customer centric. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking out.“
