Love all the flavors and my grandparents love getting soft serve in a cone.

For starters let me say I absolutely love the Jelati here, its amazing. Now the issue is the Chocolate soft serve.. My wife orders just the chocolate soft serve because 9 times out of ten, its amazing BUT several times she has ordered it, it has tasted like sour milk.. We always order and take it home but trust me it taste horrible! I am not sure if the mix is spoiled or the machine needs to be cleaned but it honestly tastes like frozen expired milk. My wife takes one bite and we toss it because its that bad. Again, this isn't every time just several times.. but one time is too many to be honest. We still come back but we have to "try a sample" of the chocolate soft serve before ordering so we can be sure it doesn't taste rotten. Today, I mistakenly ordered without trying it and it tastes like rotten milk....

Jeremiah’s is a great place but this location is horrible. They’re always understaffed with a long line and only one person working the window, and they make the sloppiest and lack of love treats. Other locations take their time and layer and make presentable. This locations barely fills the cup and does not take time to properly layer. I ordered and the top is empty. Any other location would’ve filled to the brim.

This is a nice spot for Italian ice. I’ve been here many times. They have many different flavors that you can actually taste before you order. Staff is mostly young people but they are friendly. At this location the seating is only outdoors and sometimes tables are a bit messy. I wish they’ll have someone to wipe the tables and make sure trash bins aren’t overflowing. I still prefer the Pembroke Pines location better.

Always our go-to spot down by Cooper City. A refreshing italian ice place with speedy service! I love getting the orange ice with vanilla ice cream 🍦 it’s like eating a yummy creamsicle 😋

I stopped by last night to treat myself because in the last few weeks I have been through hell. Starting with a major (MAJOR) surgery & massive pain level to a whole bunch of absolute garbage, now I get to start working out again. And, I’m working through all these obstacles & coming out stronger than ever on the other side. Once again, I will be “shredding” during the month of Sept. & this is my last sugar for 30-days. Before I do a “cleanse” of body (and mind… Time to eliminate what isn’t useful & healthy in my life…) …I will be back here in Oct. ?

Stop in to try their Salted Caramel (my favorite) or Pumpkin… Happy fall y’all!! ? ??

Update 7-11, thank for responding but you didn’t address why the 2 ice cream machines or why she dipped my cone in a bin after I didn’t pay a tip.

Nikki made me a small vanilla cone with one machine that was supper soft soft ice cream on this hot afternoon and topped it off with the cold ice cream. Why would they use 2 machines for a simple cone? It took 45 seconds before it was dripping like a waterfall. I threw it in the garbage while thanking her. That’s what happens when you don’t give a tip upfront. Will not be back. Too many ice cream places around here to put up with this. $17 for 2 ice creams. The owner should pay the tips so that I don’t have to throw it out.
It appeared that Nikki also put the new cone
in another bin and added something at the start but I wasn’t interested in finding out what that surprise was.
