I started to order from them last October. The first time delivery was 50 minutes late. They told me she left and they were unable to get ahold of her by phone. When my pizza showed up it was ICE cold and hard I was assured that would never happen again. Tonight I placed my order at about 6:21. The email said delivery about 7:01. I live exactly 8 blocks from the restaurant. At 7:10 I called and was told she left at 7 and had 1 other delivery. At 7:25 still no contact with her and told to wait to she shows up to see if it’s cold. Considering it’s been in her car with a/c for half an hour. I knew it would be cold and hard. So much for treating a repeat customer with any respect. I am also diabetic so need to eat. She showed up at 7:39 about 40 minutes since she left the restaurant. And I’m sure with other orders it was sitting out for awhile. Of course ICE COLD AND HARD. Not soft New York style as advertised and I have been receiving. Again the manager said he couldn’t reach her by phone. Should be a warning sign. With plenty of pizza places including Vitas right across the street. It’s amazing how they couldn’t care about customers especially regular customers. When I called when the order finally showed up. The manager and woman answering the phone made it out like it was my fault. NO REFUND OR ANYTHING WAS OFFERED. Also it’s just a slow Thursday night. They even said on the phone they were slow. When knowing I needed to eat as a diabetic. I called to get a time from for delivery. I was told around 7. NOT 7:39.

First time trying this place ever it was so good I work at Publix so for supermarket employee day they did catering it was very good the bakezetti was very good the Cajun chicken pasta was AMAZING I love that the garlic spread was good nice and creamy and the cake MMMM was great the spice and creaminess of the chicken pasta was great it was a really great experience I might have to visit some time I'm gonna rate this a 5 stars I really loved it and they brought it to us and was nice and warm really amazing (This review was written in a general format)
So I usually order pizza from lovin over and now and then. Today I ordered my pizza (which is always delicious) and also decided to order some of their Chicken Noodle Soup. On the menu it says “homemade” as most places do. But Lovin Oven is for real! This soup was DELICIOUS!!! Just like we make at home!!Keep up the good work!
