Marco's Pizza

We were excited to order from Marco's pizza delivery for the first time. We ordered a barbecue chicken pizza that was literally a cheese pizza, dry chicken, drizzled barbecue sauce on top. Yuck.

One star today April 26, 2025 6 pm to 6:47 pm waiting at curbside pickup for over 47 minutes, I look inside and the employees are just talking and the place is empty..

I wish i could give zero stars because of the terrible service i get here. every time i do a curbside pick up, ESPICALLY WHEN THE GIRL WITH THE DREADS IS THERE, my order NEVER comes out. when it’s someone else running the front, my order comes out as soon as park. with this girl…. i have to call or go in because she doesn’t do her job by bringing the food out. i’m usually sitting outside 10-15 extra mins pass my pick up time because she doesn’t comes out. she’s facing the curbside parking so how she doesn’t see!? The food isn’t bad, sometimes burnt, but nothing too serious. but service? please remove this young lady or teach her to not ignore curbside pickup orders!

10/10. The pizza is amazing. Pepperoni magnifico is the way to go. Staff is really nice and efficient. They are super awesome and the facilities are always clean. Pizza comes out fast! Highly recommend.

Pizzas always wonderful fresh and delicious! Experience an issue on the website when ordering delivery. Called in the order. The lady that took the order was polite efficient and apologized for issue.

Pizza was made faster than I expected.

Will never order or recommend this Marcos ever again. My pizza took a hour and a half to be delivered by then it was cold and not worth eating. I keep calling to speak to a manager but he is never there.so save your money and go somewhere else

Extremely upset with delivery. They use Uber eats not their own delivery. Should I have known this we would have driven. Instead. Food was ready and 17min later they will get an Uber eats driver to pick it up. Then a 20 min delivery time. It says it’s a mile away. And we already paid and tipped ahead of time. They F-d us. So glad I paid $30 for cold pizza from someone who must have dropped it or slammed on the brakes and didn’t secure our pizza. Only do pick up! You have been warned! 😅
