Service terrible

One star today April 26, 2025 6 pm to 6:47 pm waiting at curbside pickup for over 47 minutes, I look inside and the employees are just talking and the place is empty..

I wish i could give zero stars because of the terrible service i get here. every time i do a curbside pick up, ESPICALLY WHEN THE GIRL WITH THE DREADS IS THERE, my order NEVER comes out. when it’s someone else running the front, my order comes out as soon as park. with this girl…. i have to call or go in because she doesn’t do her job by bringing the food out. i’m usually sitting outside 10-15 extra mins pass my pick up time because she doesn’t comes out. she’s facing the curbside parking so how she doesn’t see!? The food isn’t bad, sometimes burnt, but nothing too serious. but service? please remove this young lady or teach her to not ignore curbside pickup orders!

10/10. The pizza is amazing. Pepperoni magnifico is the way to go. Staff is really nice and efficient. They are super awesome and the facilities are always clean. Pizza comes out fast! Highly recommend.

Pizzas always wonderful fresh and delicious! Experience an issue on the website when ordering delivery. Called in the order. The lady that took the order was polite efficient and apologized for issue.

Pizza was made faster than I expected.

Will never order or recommend this Marcos ever again. My pizza took a hour and a half to be delivered by then it was cold and not worth eating. I keep calling to speak to a manager but he is never there.so save your money and go somewhere else

Extremely upset with delivery. They use Uber eats not their own delivery. Should I have known this we would have driven. Instead. Food was ready and 17min later they will get an Uber eats driver to pick it up. Then a 20 min delivery time. It says it’s a mile away. And we already paid and tipped ahead of time. They F-d us. So glad I paid $30 for cold pizza from someone who must have dropped it or slammed on the brakes and didn’t secure our pizza. Only do pick up! You have been warned! 😅

I ordered a pizza thru the store, delivery! I payed and tipped. And have cash to tip more like I always do to the driver when he arrives… but never arrived. I called, and told me was on the way… Was a lie and they where laughing, he cancelled the phone call… Then I called many times, and because they knew was me, didn’t want to answered the phone, then my friend called and they answered because was another number and said that they were on the way, the pizza never arrived! They putted me in that situation since 11pm when I placed the order until they closed, they just give me a refund without any explanation… That happens when kinder garden, full of kids manage a store! You guys are joke!

It's late. Trying to get food from Marcos. I called to place an order for pickup, I was told I can only order through doordash or Uber Eats for delivery. Why cant I order and pick it up myself? Pretend I'm Uber eats or doordash.... that's completely ridiculous!

I order delivery from here regularly because this is one of the only pizza places that are not only very affordable (LOVE their rewards system), but their pizza doesn't upset our stomachs. They're also very prompt with delivery and I believe it's the manager himself who does most of the delivering. He's a nice guy and you can tell he actually CARES about his business.
