Horrible service never seen something like this, staff doesn’t even look at you like you are supposed to guess how to place an order

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with pickles, and what I received was literally just a piece of fish on a bun with nothing on it. No pickles and a drip of sauce. What makes it more frustrating is that the attendant at the window even repeated back “fish filet with pickles,” so the order was clearly understood. Still, it came out wrong. This isn’t a complicated order, and basic accuracy should be the minimum. Very disappointing experience. For these prices do better McDonald’s!

Ordered mocha frappe and waited for a while in drive thru. They had six other drinks waiting at window and watched them back and forth at frappe machine. Finally, they gave me my drink and apologize for the wait. When I got home and started to drink it, I realized it wasn’t a frappe. I think they tried to past off a chocolate shake instead and a bad one at that. Please tell me the machine isn’t working and I’ll order an iced coffee next time!
