Ordered mocha frappe and waited for a while in drive thru. They had six other drinks waiting at window and watched them back and forth at frappe machine. Finally, they gave me my drink and apologize for the wait. When I got home and started to drink it, I realized it wasn’t a frappe. I think they tried to past off a chocolate shake instead and a bad one at that. Please tell me the machine isn’t working and I’ll order an iced coffee next time!

Phil Garcia, who refused to even greet us, YELLED through the drive through intercom at 10:56pm, "NO MORE FOOD!!!!, NO MORE FOOD!!!, NO MORE FOOD!!!". I said, "we're actually here for coffee then triggered, Phil Garcia went right back into the "NO MORE FOOD!!!!!" tirade.
