Drive thru customer service needs improvement especially when orders are made incorrectly but charged correctly. This McDonald's is over pricing their items compared to other locations. And this is the first location not to offer Veterans anything on Veterans Day!!

I don’t understand how hard it is to get an order right. Every time I order they somehow get my food wrong or it’s cold. Some people are nice but sometimes I’ll go through and they have the biggest attitudes and it’s so hard to keep my mouth shut

Clean, well-organized location with fast service and friendly staff. The dining area looks modern and well-kept, which makes it comfortable to sit and eat. Orders were accurate, and the food was fresh.
Only minor downside — sometimes the wait time at the counter can be a bit longer during busy hours, but overall everything works smoothly.

They don’t open when they’re supposed to be, the service is terrible, and when they don’t wanna help a customer, they hide in the back and pretend the whole place is empty, even though they’ve already been seen by customers. This place really gives McDonald’s a bad name. Whoever was working at 5:30AM on 08.29.2025 he made it very clear they’re just here to collect a paycheck.
Great pitstop if heading north of Athens. Very clean. Food tastes and looks like the commercials. Easy in and out and has gas station next to it and coffee house.
