Today, while I was working, waiting for Uber orders, which were taking a while at this McDonald's, I used the bathroom, sat down and started a phone call. I was approached by an employee, who told me that on orders from the manager that I had to leave the place. I asked her what the reason was, and she replied that she didn't know, so I asked her to come personally. Later, a citizen approached me, telling me that I was not a customer, that I had been in the store for more than an hour, and that I should leave. I responded that I am a customer and I have consumed in this establishment, I had not been inside the establishment for more than an hour, that the establishment is a private place for public use; there were no customers at that time. I explained to her that this is a free and democratic country, and her actions seemed to me to be discriminatory, arbitrary, rude, and unusual, policies that I believe and am sure are not those managed by the company. Said citizen refused to give me the personal information that I requested, she only gave me a card from the supervisor of the area, James Vasconez, to whom I am addressing in order to ensure that human rights such as work and non-discrimination are respected and guaranteed to the users of this location. Terrible service, you can spend 15 minutes or more minutes to be attended to, and when you call the attention of an employee they insult you, today I had a very bad time with a dark-haired man who disrespected me, since the priority for them is the Drive Thru, if this is the case, close access to the public. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD!!!! Respect and good manners DO NOT EXIST HERE!!!

I worked at this mc Donald’s for years it’s a great first job I ended up quitting and coming back while I finish school they hired this new manager Daniel every single day since I started again as antagonized me and bullied me and etc he made my job very complicated because he’s lazy and doesn’t want to work I’m not gonna get into a whole rant but long story short I quit I told the managers about the situation and I was told nothing is gonna change and I should just look for another job y’all gotta do better you can’t treat your employees like trash I deserved better and I wasn’t gonna get it from them I got a lot going on I don’t come to work to get baited everyday anyways do better!!!
