I drove by today, December 9th at approximately 3:30 p.m., went by the drive through for the $19.99 family meal. The gentlemen at the window basically through everything in a bag. The sauces were not closed properly, and by the time I made it home to Pembroke Pines, the black beans had spilled all over the food. The black beans weren’t closed either. Hence, I had to get in my car and go get black beans at the Pollo Tropical near me. Guess the non expensive family meal…became expensive. Please train your employees to have a little bit more respect when packaging your meals. Not acceptable, and I never complain about food, but this was just embarrassing. Thank you for your time.

I like going here for their Tropic shop meals. The food is typically fairly fresh. You need to be on top of the order takers as they are prone to mistakes when taking your order or fulfilling the order. Overall good food and good value. I started using the app Camera order in advance so I can merely pick up Through the drive-through. Otherwise it could take time if ordering in store.

I have been living in Cooper City for 10 years my family and I loved ordering the family meal chicken twice a week since they changed ownership or management their chicken is Uneatable, hard as a rock and has absolutely no taste. so are their plantains . At first I thought it was just a bad day but it’s the 4 time on a row. I will be contacting corporate, I truly miss the old owners or management team ! Please please please bring them back
