Went there for the first time in years. The chicken in the sandwiches were half the size and 30% more in cost than what I remember the last time. The tables were dirty. The staff could barely speak English. Complete waste to buy two chicken sandwiches, no drinks for almost $15.

Food is always great, but the customer service always disappoints. Was handed my order today and it was the wrong size (family not personal) In a polite way I let her know… she takes my order and says… TO MY FACE “ugh I can’t”

The quality is in the food not their service. I’ll order food via their app for a scheduled time, but the order will take 30 to 45 min past the order time to be ready for pickup. Staff aren’t very attentive and work at a very slow pace. Short staffed and slow. They have a hard time getting mobile orders right. This is a constant problem. Would not recommend.

The food is always good, but the staff in this location seemed to be in a funk. Mom and I were ignored when we first got there. I had to call the cashier back as she walked away from the counter not even looking at us. Food was good but the staff needs to be more welcoming.

i placed an order for pickup at 2:40, wasn’t ready yet when i got there. that’s fine. 30 minutes pass, still not ready. all i ordered was 1/2 chicken white meat, white rice and black beans. first they say they don’t have coke in a can, so i got the fountain one instead. then all of a sudden, they don’t have white rice. so i got yellow. the last straw was them almost trying to tell me they didn’t have white meat, if i wanted dark instead. that’s when i put my foot down and told them i specifically wanted white meat, which i already paid extra for. i wanted at least SOMETHING correct from my order. mind you i heard them get several customers’ orders wrong. no one should have to pay for a worker’s incompetence. yall gotta do better. normally i got patience for this type of stuff but i mean, i only have one lunch hour and half the order is wrong🤷🏻♂️

Unfortunately, the service at this pollo tropical is awful. Every time I come through the drive through they ask me to come around and park to wait for my food which entirely defeats the purpose of ordering through the drive through. Which is to get your food faster and on the go. Also the staff looks like they hate their job. They are not friendly. It would be nice if the management addressed this to provide better service. Also, the previous time I came they waited until I arrived at the window to pay to inform me that they did not have any chicken ready and that I would have to wait 10-15 min. How does pollo tropical not have pollo? 🤦🏻♀️
