Terrible, I ordered a Tropi chop. The rice tasted so bad. I got a sample of chicken mind you the Tropi chop it's self looked like a sample. I was stilll hungry after words I felt like going to another Pollo to get another troppichop. I eat at Pollo 5 days a week, different locations. I've never had this experience. Terrible, the workers let's not even get started I was so nice to them and they wouldn't even talk to you back, it's highschool kids that are on their phones in front of you.

Seems like the prices are gone up. I noticed the price for most drinks are over $3 now . Also there is no sauce bar anymore . Decided it was not a good deal and left to go someone else .

Place is really slow they to took 25 min just to serve 1/2 chicken with rice and bean I was waiting another 15 min in front the cashier for somebody take my order this place is probably underpaid this people bc they work slow as F I wish I could give no stars to this place is the same situation with other pollo tropical this place sucks

Today I ordered takeout. Was charged $2.99 for the sauce. In addition they neglected to put in the chicken sandwich that I ordered for my mother and my aunt who are elderly and I traveled all the way to West Miami and when I got there, I realize that their lunch was not complete. Then when I called to chat to see why I was charging why this food wasn’t added I was disconnected then I called the store and said that nobody was about available to help me on a recorded line and was disconnected so you tell me what kind of service is this . Seriously if you’re gonna charge for sauce and you need to tell the customer you’re charging for sauce I never seen anything like this in my life for sauce is $2.99. What is your limit on sauce why wasn’t the order complete this was order number 217. Thanks, but I won’t be eating here anymore . Can’t get it right

We have tried this place several times in hopes that our meal will be good. Unfortunately, the last few times has been beyond disappointing. We always order the Cuban sandwich. The one we had tonight was terrible. One stran of pork, no pickles, bread so dry and hard it crumbled. Then we noticed the build up in the frozen drink machine. We will NOT return.

Food was awful, whoever makes the white rice at this restaurant does not know how to measure water. Mojo should be available at a restaurant know for tropical food. However it never is. I for one will never order from this particular location again.

I work in Mold Remediation, and coming into this location I noticed a smell and tried to think nothing of it. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and could clearly tell there is a mold issue in the A/C units and or the ceilings in the bathrooms Men and Women.This is very unsafe and seems to have been going on for a bit as they have tried to clean off the mold that is growing outside the vents… the food should have no problem for the most part but being in this environment for long periods of time will make people sick.Please be cautious.

I went recently and the staff looked so overworked, overwhelmed and I don't fault them. The fault lies with the owner who doesn't care about their employees nor their customers.. This didn't occur over night, this has been like this for 6-12 months. Then you have this customer care saying, we are sorry, we try to strive for... Don't apologize, make it better!!!
