Stopped by last night at 8:45 PM to purchase a smoothie for my son, who had finished a two hour practice, and was appalled by the response from the employee as I walked in. I was told they were not taking any orders at the moment. I was shocked by her response, especially since she was actively taking an order from another customer at the time. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and will think twice before visiting any Smoothie King 15-20 minutes before closing.

I’m not sure why this spot struggles, but I went back for a second chance and ordered a different drink… they made the drink wrong. I thought maybe they had changed the recipe so I looked it up online- nope. There’s nothing in this except water, mango, and ginger. In a rush, so I didn’t have time to go back in. It tastes like you’re just drinking ginger.
Find another location. The last time I came in was a similar experience with a different drink, but I wasn’t in a rush so I asked about it.
I never ever leave reviews but I went to smoothie king and walked out empty handed. My husband and I stood at the register waiting to order for about 15-20 minutes while there were two workers making smoothies/ cleaning/ chatting to eachother without even acknowledging our existence. they very clearly saw us. My husband and I stood there very patiently waiting for them to come up to the register to take our order but no one did. We eventually just ended up walking out. They did not seem very friendly so I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up. There was only one other customer in the store waiting on a pick up order so I’m not sure why this was happening. I was exciting to try smoothie king again after some time but I definitely won’t be back after wasting my time. I hate to say it but this company will not last if they keep this up.

The customer service was terrible. The cashier and other worker talked and walked around without any acknowledgement to what the wait was for. They took their precious time to make smoothies having customers wait around while they laughed and talked . I won’t be back

I went around 8:20 PM on Saturday. I know they close at 9, and the employee was already cleaning when I got there—which is understandable. But when I asked if I could still order, he gave me a look of annoyance and didn’t even respond, just nodded. When I walked up to the register, he just stared at me like he couldn’t believe I was actually going to order. It was clear he didn’t want me to. I just ordered a smoothie, and he made it with a bad attitude the whole time. If you’re working in customer service, I don’t get how you can treat people like that.

This place needs to be shut down. They never have anything on the menu. When I make an order to pick up and they ran out of something they don’t advise you until you open the bowl or smoothie. The last order I made said it was ready for pick up. When I went to go pick it up they told me they didn’t have any and to come back the next day for a refund??? Horrible horrible service !!!! Do not go here!

My husband and I used to visit this location everyday. I have always placed my
Order via the mobil app and when I arrived it was ready and The staff was always friendly. The were a few team members we saw on a regular so it made it even nice to come in. Ever since I have stopped seeing Gianna the store has gone down hill. There seems to be a lack of inventory for all the snacks. The staff is not very warm and welcoming. They are extremely slow and they never make the smoothies correct anymore. I have gone from ordering possibly 2 smoothies a day to maybe 2-3 a week for my
Husband, but after today I will no longer be visiting this location. Thank goodness there is another smoothie place close by to get our fix.

I walked into the store at 8:15 and there was a female customer waiting for a smoothie, the male Indian associate walks out the back and just looks at me. I walk to the register to order and he followed behind the counter, then told me they were closed! I walk outside and on the door it says closed at 9pm. I walk back inside and tell the associate it says they close at 9 and he said something wrong in the back. As I walked out, the associate began laughing hysterically while on his cellphone as if he was mocking me

Waited for over an hour for our smoothies. They came out wrong the first time, asked for them to be remade and then they took forever to make them.

I went to your store like I always do maybe 3 times a week and I bought the Bee Berry Sting Bowl and the older gentleman who was there served me a bowl without berries when I asked him why you didn't have them he told me that the bowl I had ordered did not have berries that is why he had not put them in. As I mentioned before, I usually buy this bowl very often, his way of expressing himself was very bad. I attached a good photo of what he gave me and how your menu is in the advertisement.
