This is my favorite Chinese food place in south Florida. My husband doesn’t like it, so we keep trying different places, and for me nothing compares to the food at South China. They are the only place that does not put scallions in their soup! I love The green leafy stuff in the soup, not sure if it’s bok choi or what, but it reminds me of the soup I used to get At Chinese restaurants in NY. Their crab Rangoon's, egg rolls and pork egg foo young are better than any...

I have frequented this restaurant numerous times as it is the closest Chinese food closest to my home. Nothing about this restaurant if different from any other of its type. From the language barrier with the server, to the cookie cutter menu selections, no signature dishes jump out at you. The food is ok. The interior screams yesteryear. Bathrooms could be cleaner. This is not my go to for Chinese food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at South China in Cooper City, and it was a truly satisfying experience from start to finish. The restaurant has that warm, family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The staff greeted me with a smile, seated me quickly, and throughout the meal were attentive without being overbearing.
