Stay away from this nasty subway my wife and I with my 2 kids came here after shopping at Walmart to eat not only it isn’t fresh the older lady is nasty snatched a paper from my daughters hands and then argues that black nasty lettuce is “fresh”

I don’t think they understand what customer service means! No wonder they are doing bad business and everyone is so frustrated at this location. Everyone is always complaining here and in a bad mood! The avacado looks stale and not changed since morning!
Even if you are hungry and dying of hunger, do not I repeat DO NOT GO to this location. There is one right next to this, I have never been there but anything is better than this. Subway as a franchise is my favorite because of their convenience and multiple locations but I think they did a bad job at training people for customer service and satisfaction. Hope they can improve

Sadly, the worst experience I’ve had at a subway.. The supervisor has no idea how to deal with simple misunderstandings.. She does NOT have the ability to solve issues and treat customers with respect. I will not be going back.

I went here a few weeks ago, the quality of the food haa definitely gone down. The cucumbers and lettuce that I got on my sandwich was gross, that's the best word I can find to describe it. Never going back here for a sandwich at least.

The sub was good for a quick service sub shop. The person who made my sub was not wearing their face mask properly, it was below their nose. This was before the mandatory mask mandate was lifted for vaccinated people.
