I went through the drive through last night and ordered a few things and almost everything was wrong. I ordered the loaded beef nachos and there was literally NO BEEF on my nachos. I also ordered the Gordita supreme and the lady taking my order even asked me to verify that I wanted the Gordita supreme as opposed to the Gordita crunch and they still gave me the Gordita crunch instead of the Gordita supreme. I also ordered a cheesy double beef burrito. I have no idea what burrito they gave me but it definitely wasn’t the one I ordered because it had almost none of the ingredients it was supposed to have. I was so shocked at how wrong my order was that I wanted to check the receipt and that’s when I realized they didn’t even give me my receipt! I understand that mistakes can happen and if only one of the mistakes I mentioned had happened then I would have let it go, but how do you manage to mess up almost everything in the order?! It’s as if the person making the food had no idea how to make anything and just decided to throw things together and hoped no one would notice. I like how close this location is to my house but I guess this place is going downhill so I’m going to try a different location because this experience was inexcusable.

Well the new cantina menu was horrible. The amount of meat you get is a joke, and the flavor is completely off on the chicken as well as their new avocado Verde salsa. The salsa is limited to one packet for each item, and it is not good. It is sweet and tastes nothing like salsa verde or avocado.

Our family walked in and not one single person acknowledged us despite seeing us. We waited almost 10 mins because we understood they were busy. They just looked at us and didn’t say a word. I would have been understanding and waited if they would have at least greeted us. We left, no one should get treated like this.

You have to go here, I went for lunch not only are the employees awesome the food is delicious. This place is so clean I have never gone into a KFC Taco Bell out here and everyone and everything is dressed decently, ladies are dressed for work and not to party, young men pants pulled up, under the counter is shining clean and stacked neatly. I didn't see the rest room but the front of the house spoke for itself. The manager is a very nice young man you can tell he runs a tight shift he greets you with a smile. He cooks and runs around the counter to take orders. Rock on! Whoever showed you the ropes I give you your flowers

I use to work here when I was underage and they would clock me out and make me work. not sure if they still do it but it was pretty bad what they did I was underage and couldn’t afford a lawyer but this is what happens to me.

We went to eat some food at this place and they forgot to give us our drink and so we went back to order some more stuff and they gave us the wrong food - the people weren’t that nice and they didn’t have very good rapport. the food was great but after two mistakes i’m alittle disappointed.

I love this Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken Combo drive through mostly because they deliver the goods, whichever taste you're into when you're hungry!
No complaints ??♂️ An amazing employee named Danacia presented me with an amazing drive-thru experience at Taco Bell today, Not only was she kind and pleasant when she brought my food out to me hot n fresh, and quite delicious I might add. so thank you for your beautiful service and best burrito I've had in a while from Taco Bell lol ✌?
