We love this place! My wife and kids have been coming here for years. They consistently great, providing an excellent environment to disconnect from the routine.
If you go there be prepared to spend at least 2 hours without noticing the time has passed while you are having an awesome time. The server will never rush you but will make sure you are enjoying every piece of the menu you choose.
But if you are not looking to spend too much time there, due to your tight schedule, just stay at the bar and enjoy the fondue of your preference while you sip their amazing drinks, and you will have an unforgettable experience in a short period of time. My preference is:
Cesar Salad with extra pine nuts
The Wisconsin Trio
Chicken, shrimp or beef
With potatoes and broccoli
The curry sausage mixed with the sweet sauces give the perfect touch
Then closing with the chocolate milk fondue with strawberries and oreo marshmallows. We used to order White Chocolate flamed with Cognac but now since we recently tried the Milk Chocolate, we kept ordering it.
We will coming here to enjoy the experience

Service was great and the manager was very kind.

Our very friendly waitress could not possibly make up for how incredibly disappointing the food was and how dirty the restaurant was. One star is too generous.

At first, the idea of cooking our food fondu style sounded like a lot of fun and it probably could have been, but the food we were served was just terrible and the overall lack of cleanliness made us wonder how this restaurant is still in business.

I cannot truly emphasize how gross this place was without violating Google's policy.

Save your money. Avoid salmonella poisoning. And stay away.

The Melting Pot in Cooper City offers an exceptional fondue dining experience. The four-course meals are thoughtfully curated, featuring a variety of fresh ingredients and unique flavors. The cheese and chocolate fondues are especially fun and delicious, perfect for sharing and enjoying together. The atmosphere is cozy and ideal for a night out.

A special shoutout to Anthony, our server—he was absolutely the best! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made our dinner feel extra special. His recommendations were spot-on and his service was top-notch from start to finish.

Highly recommend this spot for any special occasion or just a memorable night out!

My husband and I visited The Melting Pot for our 2nd wedding anniversary. This was our first time at the restaurant, and he made the reservation without knowing exactly what to expect. Upon arrival, David, who greeted us, was very welcoming, and the lady with the beautiful locs who escorted us to our table was pleasant and kind. The bartender who made my drink was also lovely, and another gentleman named David, who we assume might be a manager, was professional.

However, our experience was tainted by our waitress’s attitude. From the beginning, she seemed annoyed and uninterested in serving us, which was disappointing, especially on such a special occasion. We were willing to try something new cooking our own food was unexpected but intriguing but her passive-aggressive behavior soured the experience.

The spinach dip and California salad were good, but my husband, who rarely complains when we dine out, was so frustrated that he wanted to leave early. I tried to stay positive to salvage the evening, but the waitress’s demeanor made it difficult to fully enjoy ourselves.

We appreciate the kindness of most of the staff, but unfortunately, our waitress’s attitude significantly impacted our evening.

If I could give six stars for the service, I would!! Our waitress was called Krystal/Kristal. (I’m not sure which is the correct spelling, sorry :( ) She was a sweetheart, and was just so so patient with us! This was our first time eating here, and she explained everything so thoroughly for us, as many times as we needed it, and never got impatient or annoyed. She was so so kind, and the food was delicious. I’d recommend this place if you’re celebrating a special occasion! 💕

We visited this location about a month ago and had an amazing server named Josh. He was so great that I wanted to post a review, but time got away from me and I never got around to it. We had a coupon to use so we went back again last night hoping to get Josh again, but he was not on shift. The server we had was less than just eh, not very personable, slow and when I was asking for stuff by name without looking at the menu, the server still treated us like it was our first time. Not that there is something wrong, like we should get special treatment, but it made the whole dinner very slow. Due to this lacking experience it sparked me to take the time today to say how truly amazing Josh was and how much HE made our experience. Not to forget the manager, Baris, always takes the time to greet us and treat my kids special as he has watched them grow up there over our many years of visitations. We look forward to visiting this location many more times in the future and hope to be seated with Josh again! If you go, ask for him, you will not be disappointed.

My family and I had dinner at The Melting Pot and it was FANTASTIC! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately immersed in the cozy and inviting ambiance. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic evening, a celebration, or just a special treat with loved ones. This was our first time going to a melting pot restaurant, and it did not disappoint!!

We opted for the Four-Course Dinner experience for 3, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Our meal began with the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly paired by our server Blake. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with just the right balance of flavors.

For our entrée, we selected the Land & Sea, which included a delicious variety of meats and seafood cooked on the Cast-Iron Grill. The grilling experience was so much fun, and every bite was bursting with flavor! To top it off they give you a tray of a nice array of different flavors that you can dip your meat and veggies in. I loved the Green Goddess, Teriyaki Glaze, and the Yogurt Curry the most.

To finish, we indulged in the Flaming Turtle Fondue, a decadent combination of chocolate, caramel, and a hint of pecan. Watching the flame was a delightful touch, and dipping the fresh fruits, marshmallows, and brownies into the molten chocolate was the perfect way to end the evening.

The service was OUTSTANDING — everyone was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone that we encountered was AMAZING, but most of all, our server Blake really made this experience for us! He guided us through each course, making sure everything was flawless, he even accommodated our special requests, and truly made the experience INCREDIBLE.

The Melting Pot is not just a dinner; it’s a memorable experience. The attention to detail in every aspect — from the ambiance to the service to the food — makes it worth every penny.
If you're in Pembroke area, and looking for an unforgettable dining experience, The Melting Pot is the place to go!

The Melting Pot is always good, this was my first time visiting this location and it felt a little more cramped than other locations and our cooking oil was turned up too high and burnt a lot of our entree, despite us bringing this up to our server multiple times.

Awesome date night place in Pembroke Pines.

Definitely a great place to go with friends to hang out for a few hours .

If you are looking for a quick bite this isn’t the place and that’s perfectly okay .

Service staff was nice , decor was nice, our table was a little small for the type of restaurant this is , and the booth was broken in the center but it was only a minor bother .

Food was fresh and the only pieces that were overcooked were our own fault.

Price was very reasonable . 9/10
