I have been coming to the melting pot for years and it’s always such an amazing meal not matter what! However, this time was even more special because of how absolutely sweet our waiter (Leo) was. We told him we had a show to get to at a certain time and he made sure everything came out super fast and extremely helpful with all of our little requests. We live in Miami, but will make it a point to come out here when we want fix our fondue fix.

Very bad experience. We reserved a table of 6 for my son's 26th bday yesterday evening . It's a tradition for my family to celebrate our bdays there BUT it will be LAST.My son ordered a Martini, the waiter asked for his ID which was cut.He did not accept it, neither the manager who refused to see a picture of my son's passport or ID that I had on my phone.He was really mean on top of it, Ruining a bday event!No wonder the restaurant is empty.Thank god an other place welcomed us and made our night turn great!

We went to Melting Pot for Valentine's dinner and even though it was the busiest night for them, they handled our many request with no issues from our excellent server for our vegan guests to a guest that could have no Soy items. They offered special packages last night that included a bouquet of flowers that were on the table and little touches that made the night special. I gave everything a 5 star because it was the busiest night of the year and we were not rushed and everything was provided as requested. We love our tradition of coming here for special occasions. It is even nice to come for a drink and maybe the Chocolate fondue dessert for a date night!Vegetarian options: If you get the 2 burner table, then you can have a separate fondue pot for the vegans and a fondue pot for the meat lovers.Dietary restrictions: They were able to state items that did not have Soy in them for one of our guest

Our server was attentive, professional, and friendly. The manager checked in on us multiple times to ensure our experience was enjoyable. The food was delicious and fresh.
