This established seems forgotten. Very few people working or eating there. The outside tables were really dirty and the food took a long time to come out given that there were on orders in front of us. The quality of the food was not great. Very greasy

Been a TFlats customer for years, but only recently started coming to this location after I moved. I probably spent $5K at different TFlats locations over the last several years to give you an idea how often I go there. I've always had good experiences, but not so much at this location. The service is very slow and staff is unattentive. Multiple times I've stood at the register for several minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. Total was the straw that broke the camels back. My tacos had a hair in them which was bad enough, but it gets worse. My iced tea had a dead fly in it. One of these things is bad enough, but to have both of them happen on the same visit? I also stood at the register waiting, while the cashier (or whatever you call the person who takes your order) just sat in the back on her phone.

Totally disappointed with this place. I ordered Dos Tacos tonight to go, got them within three mins. I was surprised but thought maybe cause no one was there waiting for their order. Got home and noticed the tacos were cold, one of them were runny (gross) and the chips were stale. This is unacceptable.

They offer deals on different days of the week. Unfortunately, lately, the last two visits have been less than stellar. The bowls are mostly rice with just a smigeon of chicken.

Got the chicken burrito and it was so dry inside. Wish they had pico de gallo or some kind of fresh salsa inside it. I got the queso on top (wet burrito) they charged so much extra for it and it was barely covered. So stingy with the queso. And then the utensils were so cheap and the knife couldn’t even cut through the tortilla. The service was excellent though.

Everytime we order they seem to make a few mistakes. I order beef burrito i received chicken with jalapeños wich i can't eat and onions .
The staff is always AMAZING! I have a Tijuana flats near me however I drive a little further for customer service

Wow, is all I can say. I went off of reviews that were posted here on Google, and boy, was i disappointed definitely not worth my & 45.00 this place was definitely not what I expected the food i ordered was supposed to be bang bang chicken in a bowl o don't know what kinda chicken was that? definitely not bang bang. My lady had chicken tacos they were so so,the chips n dip was good. the lighting in this place sucks reminds me of an old record shop from the 70s, the decor, well, its decor. Customer service was decent. The young person at the register was very shy and spoke low.. thanks for the experience, but I won't be recommending this place for anything wasted my money here.....
