This place has gone downhill in the last 6-12 months. My online orders are consistently 20 minutes late in being prepared. for example, today I placed an order at 7:45 and it said it would be ready at 8:02 pm, yeah, my food was not given to me until almost 825. I am not sure how it takes close to 40 minutes to make a few tacos and a quesadilla. This has happened the last three times I’ve visited here and we will probably stop ordering.

This established seems forgotten. Very few people working or eating there. The outside tables were really dirty and the food took a long time to come out given that there were on orders in front of us. The quality of the food was not great. Very greasy

Been a TFlats customer for years, but only recently started coming to this location after I moved. I probably spent $5K at different TFlats locations over the last several years to give you an idea how often I go there. I've always had good experiences, but not so much at this location. The service is very slow and staff is unattentive. Multiple times I've stood at the register for several minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. Total was the straw that broke the camels back. My tacos had a hair in them which was bad enough, but it gets worse. My iced tea had a dead fly in it. One of these things is bad enough, but to have both of them happen on the same visit? I also stood at the register waiting, while the cashier (or whatever you call the person who takes your order) just sat in the back on her phone.

Totally disappointed with this place. I ordered Dos Tacos tonight to go, got them within three mins. I was surprised but thought maybe cause no one was there waiting for their order. Got home and noticed the tacos were cold, one of them were runny (gross) and the chips were stale. This is unacceptable.
