This place is devoid of basic human interaction, sales, and customer service skills. It needs to improve. I gave 2 stars because I am told the juice is good.

The kid named louis who works at the cashier is exactly why this location has lost my business. This is the 2nd time he has been rude and doesn't solve problems. They no longer have a way to scan loyalty or credit cards. Instead of taking my order he told me to send an email to hq. There are plenty of other juice spots that can resolve issues and provide service.

The person who took my order was unfriendly and had no customer service skills. I ordered two smoothies and I have had both before at another location and they were made wrong. They tasted nothing like how they did before and threw both away. I will not being going to this location again and I suggest nobody else does either if you want a good goji to go to I would suggest the one in Plantation.

I have ordered here pretty consistently for over a year. Recently they changed the sizes of their bowls and now they are almost half of the depth of the originals. It is noticeably less açaí (frozen or not) and the same amount of fresh fruit on top. The worst part is when I innocently asked when they changed their bowls, they adamantly denied it and said it’s always been that way. Meanwhile the entire staff is new as of the last few months and they claim I was wrong. Lost a loyal one today

Referring to the Goji in Cooper City, as it was inexplicably not “turned on” for Uber Eats, I drove to store to place my usual order. The order taker first argued with me about what was in the Kool Cucumber Wrap (which I have probably ordered 100 times) before me having to show him the menu. I then noted that he was charging me $3.00 more for each of the Wraps. When I showed him the price differential in Uber (it was cheaper), he said it was because I added toppings. I told him I understand that as to one but the other was a regular one. He didn’t seem to get it. I explained that the price of the regular one couldn’t be more than what is being charged on Uber. He said “well that’s the price”.I then grabbed a green juice and my daughter ordered a lemonade. As it was advertised in Uber (which I guess he had not turned on ) as 2 for 1, she asked for one for her brother. He said “you have to have a coupon”. I said “Dude, I can’t give you a coupon for what’s on Uber and couldn’t order on Uber because you don’t have the machine on or whatever, are you seriously going to blow this $65 order over a 2 for 1 lemonade. He said “yeah, another customer tried that and the manager said no so no.”. Needless to say I walked out.It’s a shame. I’ll miss Goji but I guess its off to Carrot Express for me. The service is way better and they don’t try to rip you off.I should note I emailed Goji first to give them an opportunity to respond . They obviously don’t care which says a Lotz

I went to get a açai bowl last week and was so good. So i went back today and this time the açai was fronzen, not creamy like last time. I was so sad and upset. Not sure if i want to go back ?

I love this place, the food is always fresh. The ladies at the counter are very nice and helpful. Only sad thing is they took the amazing guacamole off the menu PLEASE bring the guacamole back!!

My second time here I got the gangsta baby smoothie.I also have ibs and the whey protein did not upset my stomach so that was a plus !

Two days in a row, ordered a smoothie. This place is so understaffed, it took 15 minutes each day to get my smoothie. And each day, the was only one other person in the store. I figured the first time was an aberration. Second time was enough to know that, regardless of the quality of the food, this is ridiculous.
