Service was very slow this morning. Only two people working and a long line waiting. Been there numerous times on the weekend. It's packed but plenty of people to help. Not this Friday morning.

Bad empanadas and bad costumer service, the lady who served me was so rude, even when I left and I said “have a great day” she ignored me and turned around to keep chitchatting with all the other girls … where is the manners?? People like that shouldn’t be working with public

I ordered breakfast today and my tostada had mold. Not sure how they don’t realize the bread has mold when they put it on the toaster. They also forgot an item in my order. I am disappointed because I normally never have an issue with Vicky Bakery but this was gross.

Best iced cafe con leche!! And bacon egg and cheese croissant!! A go to. Everyone is always super nice and quick to prepare my food. Service is 10/10

Service is really bad. Orders from the kitchen. About a 30 minute wait and the prices are extremely high, this place has changed over the years and gotten significantly worse. Definitely do not recommend it.

Unfortunately i have to give them a bad review. Empanadas, tamal and croqueta served cold. When asked to warm up please which you should never have to ask at a restaurant. Not apologetic at all, looked at me like i was bothering her. I always give a second chance but they warmed them up in the microwave so they were soggy, oh yes hot! I burned my tongue. Steak sandwich had no flavor. Vicky’s special breakfast eggs and ham was nothing special. They need to pay more attention to the quality of their food and bump up the service because the screen shows you tip options to have to stand up 4 times to get your own food over the counter because your order comes in pieces not all together as it should so the family can enjoy the meal together. Hope you can improve

This is the WORST Vicky Bakery ever, and I’m cursed with having to keep ordering from them because they’re the closest to my house, but they shouldn’t even be allowed to call themselves a Vicky Bakery. I gave it 2 stars because the pastelitos and bakery items are fine, but they don’t make the coffee like the others, the Cuban toasts are a JOKE, never fully toasted ,barely ever fully buttered, they always smear just 1% butter on them and they don’t have the breakfast options other Vicky Bakeries have. The service is horrible always slow, always disorganized, always a new young employee that doesn’t know what’s going on or how to make the items. Franchise owners you’re not running a Vicky Bakery because you’re not adhering to the standard and expectations everyone has for this brand, please call your bakery just anything else but calling it Vicky Bakery is deceiving the customers at this point. If you think this Vicky Bakery is good, I beg you go to any Vicky Bakery in Miami-Dade county and experience the huge difference yourself.

Excellent, the girls are friendly, the manager is very dedicated, she lacks offers such as the ladies, eclears, etc., but there are enough sweet tips. It's a good place for breakfast, good coffee.
