This place won’t even answer the phone a simple order placed by delivery took over 30 minutes for already prepared items and had my delivery driver waiting over 20 minutes. Tried calling to see what’s going on and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. There needs to be better management of orders if you are going to take online orders and customer service as well. Will make another complaint with the online ordering system as well

I can’t rave more about this place everyone here is so nice and attentive even when they are super busy they do their best to acknowledge all their customers as they come in. The food is always good from the coffee to the pastries, breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Best breakfast or brunch spot.

I have bought several large catering orders for different events at this location for many years and each time I have gone to place an order or to pick up the order, a different employee advises of a different procedure. Today on January 26, 2026, I went up to the register area which is the way I was instructed by an employee the last time and waited for 15 minutes to place my catering order. Only to be yelled at by another employee that I needed to go on the line where people were ordering take out orders. Unfortunately, due to the inconsistency, I will no longer be a patron of this Vicky’s site.

THIS LOCATION is the best one I’ve ever been to! The team here goes above and beyond to make your moment of the day while there a great one. You never want to feel like you are a bother when ordering your favorite coffee or treat/meal and they serve with a smile that is genuine. Customer service that expresses joy is fading fast in our world so to know that it still exists is so refreshing. I now only come here for all my event orders. They always make everything to perfection and LOVED my daughter’s first holy communion cake! Thank you for always making our day and for having such a great Team!!!! You guys are amazing!
I guess the Cooper City location is the worst of all. I bought breakfast this morning and, growing up in Hialeah, I know a good croqueta, and I have no idea what these were. They were cold and tasted awful. Even the Cuban bread was cold. Really disappointing.
