I hadn't been to this local gem in a very very long time. How beautifully surprised I was the moment I walked in to have a reunion with my friends from way back when. This place is absolutely gorgeous ?I truly felt a little slice of heaven in the atmosphere! The food was delicious ❤️ I had the Shepard's pie?A nice glass of wine ? the service was excellent. We even had the pleasure of a young violinist strolling around playing contemporary music and classics on a lighted violin ? This was such a beautiful experience for sure ‼️

What can I say? I sat and sat and sat. Multiple waiters around and they all ignored me. Maybe it was because I was a solo patron and wasn’t important as a group table? This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I sat around waiting for someone to ask for my order for over 25 mins. So, I decided to give it one more chance. I was really looking forward to it too. I didn’t bother to do that this time. I waited for ten mins sitting outside when they said they would be with me. Then I came inside and waited again sitting there clear as day and nothing. I will never come back here again. I came here for years and this is how you treat your customers? Ridiculous

Prime Rib dinner is horrible! You should take it off the menu! Over cooked, tasteless trash. Thin slips of leathery burnt meat. NEVER EVER AGAIN Yorkshire pudding is lead! Quite the embarrassment Vienna ?

Staff was so nice and the vibes are fun. If getting the Full English breakfast make sure to tell them how you want your eggs. I forgot to ask and they come scrambled.

Disappointing High Tea experience ?
This restaurant is lovely inside, buzzing with patrons and the regular menu items that I have tried are good; however, my first experience with the tea service was totally disappointing. The three tier presentation, first tier ..two very small macaroons and four very very small pieces of cheesecake which could’ve been bought at Costco. Nothing special. One strawberry and a handful of grapes. The Scones Over baked, and served with a runny liquid not sure what it was. The sandwiches were mostly bread with very small amount of egg salad or tuna salad. Also the menu offers two types of tea service however we were told that the Duchess was the only now available. We were a few of us and we were not able to split the check, they split the total amount into the five of us. Some of us had extra like a soup and the ones that did not wound up paying more money their experience. I would not recommend this place for the tea service. If you just like to pretend you’re in England and sip tea then this place may fit your bill however if you would like a more quality tea service this is not the place. This place had AWFUL service. My family and I had arrived to no hostess, so it took at least 20 minutes to be seated. Took even longer to order and receive our food. The underemployment is concerning, won’t be eating here again.
