Not sure if they don't want customers or what was going on. No one in line, asked to move twice, then took 10-15min of waiting for a hamburger, fries, chicken sandwich, and a coke.

Won't be going back.

This could be the worst Wendy's in South Fla. Don't eat here unless you like cold burgers and fries with a long wait.

What a joke of an establishment. Waited 15 minutes to order at the counter, wasn’t greeted even once. When I asked if anyone was taking orders, the response from the lady was “we’re only 4 people”. Disgraceful, management needs to be replaced and employees trained properly.

Service was lacking. Woman taking orders was on her phone when we walked in. Our food was ready quickly but didn’t taste fresh. Dining area was dirty, food and trash on the floor, tables were dirty. Cleaning solution sitting on a table. Was able to find a clean table. While we were eating the lady from the counter was walking around sweeping. The whole time she was on her phone, on speaker while the person she was talking to and herself was having a loud conversation and cursing. We wrapped up quickly and left because we were tired of hearing her. She did not have a name tag on so I can’t report her specifically.

Spent 38 minutes in the Drive Thru only to get home and discover they got my order wrong . They actually told the person in front of me not to pull up to the window, not sure why .

If I could put negative stars I would, manager is just horrible, kept people waiting in drive thru for about 30 mins and when we pulled up to the window she said I’m not taking orders and walked away, terrible management, I can’t even blame the employees, one was past his time because the next shift was late and the female manager just doesn’t give a damn. Btw I never got my food and I will never return here.
