I came on Sunday night and I must say hands down my favorite location! My sandwich was super hot and fresh everything was fresh and customer service was good as well definitely will be coming back

love this Wendy’s HANDS DOWN !! Linda is one of the best employee I have ever seen ! She has an amazing personality and she rocks at what she does she helped me chose between the flavors of the frostys and boy does she know which one is good alright definitely recommend this Wendy’s ! I really enjoyed sitting and eating my food ! The inside was very clean and picked up 10/0 visit

Went through drive thru and placed order got to window, cashier opens window while on her cell phone laughing just with her hand out. Asked how much she looked at me crazy? I paid received my food but no drink? Asked for drink and ketchup- mind you lady was on her cell phone entire time and again acts like I’m interrupting her phone call. What manager allows that ? Ridiculous - customer service at its worse.

Young teens working there should have more customer service training.
Not sure if they don't want customers or what was going on. No one in line, asked to move twice, then took 10-15min of waiting for a hamburger, fries, chicken sandwich, and a coke.

What a joke of an establishment. Waited 15 minutes to order at the counter, wasn’t greeted even once. When I asked if anyone was taking orders, the response from the lady was “we’re only 4 people”. Disgraceful, management needs to be replaced and employees trained properly.
