I ordered take out and there’s something as green as a freaking Christmas tree INSIDE my wings?? Don’t eat here.

There is no agenda, just a busy individual with a life who chooses to write honest reviews and takes their time.

You are right, I had completely forgotten, a minimal discount was offered, believe it was something offensively low like 5% off, perhaps it's why I forgot all about it.

However, when such a mishap happens, most managers tend to want to rectify the mishap and even walk over to the table to extend their apology for the situation, which never happened. It was just the young waitress. Nonetheless, it doesn't change the fact that after we ordered the food the waitress disappeared for an extended time, if she would have been making her rounds to table, instead of hanging out about, she would have noticed that our food was missing. This is also part staff training issue, absolutely nothing to do with kitchen staff nor the fault of the persons who are extending their kindness by choosing to spend money at the restaurant.

Anyways, customer service is king in these times more than ever, especially as money is tight for some more than others. Wish at the very least you take that into consideration as your establishments' livelihood depends on other people wanting to visit your place.

ORIGINAL REVIEW : I really wanted to like this place.
The service started out strong, and then just nose dived to outstandingly bad.

2/5 meals didn't arrive, the waitress was nowhere to be found. Finally, about 40min after everyone else's meal came out and were long gone, the waitress claimed something happened to the machine, so it didn't print the order. YET other tables that were waiting for orders food arrived ?

Our wings came out uncooked. They didn't make any attempts to rectify the issue. I'm sure because they wanted to start cleaning up.

The clam stripes were so small and mostly breading.

Can't wait until JTs opens again!

Went in to order two chicken breast sandwiches to go and run out. Placed my order and was asked “what kind of cheese do you want ?“ I said provolone on one and Swiss on the other sandwich. I pay and tip. Noticed I also paid for Cheese - To Go- and for using a card. No signs for the extra charges just thrown on the bill. To top it all off the chicken sandwiches were nothing but frozen chicken strips from a bag not chicken breast like the menu stated. Stay away.

The food here is crazy good and the baked beans are some of the best I’ve had anywhere. I don’t normally do ratings but after eating their food here it is. Woooooowwww

Never had a bad experience at Wings n Things! Desserts are homemade, food is served hot and delicious! John is doing great things and I definitely recommend heading over for the wings !

When we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean and fresh it smelled. We were then immediately greeted by Laura who was AMAZING. The wings were great and we are wing people! The sauce is what truly made them. We had hot lemon pepper and seasoned steak fries. The chocolate chip cookies were sooo yummy too! Thank you and we will definitely be back!

First experience last year around this same time. My brother loves the wings here so whenever he is in town he wants the wings from here. Staff is awesome. Food is great
