Very good Smokey flavor on everything especially the smoked turkey and the serving sizes were perfect in my opinion. My only complaint is the meats were a bit dry. Sort of hard to swallow without their signature barbecue sauce

Ordered a package deal yesterday. Got aan extra half pound of brisket and ordered it rare. All the meats were very dry. Also,I didn't appreciate the person taking the order calling me "Boss". I felt that was very disrespectful
He also called everyone else ""Boss". Not a way to address your customers. Won't be back.

When they started off at the location in Coral Springs, they were good. Really good. I'm not sure what happened since, but the last time I went was a bit over a month ago. Went with my family to 4R and ordered basically our usual...they ordered pulled pork, I ordered brisket. The pulled pork was bone dry and the brisket received seemed to be mostly burnt ends that they were trying to salvage as workable brisket. Yet 10 minutes later, a brand new brisket is brought out. We spoke with management regarding how disappointing the food has been as of late and were offered a refund of the purchase, along with gift cards to come back and give them another change. My father called twice as there was never a refund provided and the gift cards were supposed to be mailed to us. The staff are nice enough. For the life of me, I cannot remember the name of the employee that used to be out on the floor cleaning up and talking with customers, but that dude was awesome! However, if 4R in Coral Springs is losing business, it's due to the lack of consistency in the food at 4R now. Mission BBQ is basically the ones taking their lunch now.

Help Orlando! Please send help to the Coral Springs location! It needs to be shut down for a deep clean. I’m embarrassed for the owners who have the name 4 Rivers on this location. Every corner of the place is filthy. Toxic mold growing on ceiling in bathroom not mention every inch of the restaurant top to bottom screams I don’t care. No soap in restroom. It didn’t appear to be a lack of employees, but there was a lack of friendly ones that’s for sure! Food was OK but you could tell it had been sitting there longer than it should. So disappointing for what I consider a top BBQ establishment.

Tried three meats. Pulled chicken is good, brisket is OK, the Texas sausage is a 5*. Homemade BBQ sauce is also unique and tasty. Absolutely value for money.

This is an amazing BBQ place! The brisket my wife had was flavorful, tasty and juicy! The bark was perfect, slightly firm and not to hard, nor too herby/spicy, vert tasty. I had the smoked turkey, again full of flavor, moist and tender. White meat Turkey is notoriously dry, not this one very moist and tasty. The coke slaw was a 10-perfect!!! My wife loved the baked beans. Everything was delicious! Rating of 9 or 10 on the meats we ate.

They just need a traditional style sweet hickory BBQ sauce. The signature was nice, had a bit of an Asian fusion flavor. Tge mustard sauce was tasty but was missing sonething. They had a spicy pineapple sauce I tried on my Turkey, a bit different, but nice! The place is awesome, just needs to up their sauce game a notch. The sauces they have are good, but no traditional sauce options.
We will bring others here, but my wife wants to bring her own bottle of sauce, lol!

Normally love 4Rivers, but Smoked turkey from the holiday menu for thanksgiving was unfortunately not good. Super dry and the skin was leathery - we threw away all the leftovers. 10 guests and no one had seconds. Hopefully an anomaly and no one else experienced that for that for thanksgiving. It’s also smoked turkey, so for anyone that does not like smoke, it was very heavy smoke flavor. Just sharing POV ahead of more holiday order considerations.

Nobody ever answers the phone here! No matter what number you call they put you through a central call center, which never answers the phone. Doesn't matter what time of day you call.

Not to mention, the prices are high and the portions are small. You'll do much better going to Mission BBQ, and they actually know how to answer a phone there.

Good things- great BBQ beans
Not so great- #1- they need a sweet BBQ sauce #2- the BBQ pulled chicken was barely Luke warm, #3- I had to wait for the smoked turkey and I was fine with the meal before it came out. Plus it was fatty. #4- the corn bread was not even Luke warm. Next time I'll go somewhere else
