I always visit this location and although I enjoy my treats each time, this time the new general manager can out to greet me and discuss upcoming events at the location and even ensured my pretzel & nuggets were up to par. She was so warm & welcoming that I'll be sure to visit even more now. Thanks!

I asked for pepperoni pretzel bites and after I paid I was told 10 minutes but after that time was up I went back and was told another 5-10 minutes so I waited and went back up there to find out that they never started the order through all of my waiting until 1 young lady who was rolling the dough noticed and took action… aside from her their communication and service was terrible I would not recommend this one go to the one closest to the food court away from the kohls
