Wish they had more vegan products (sauces!, noodles!, acai toppings, everything!...) I feel iffy ordering since everything isn't clearly labeled, not sure if they add honey, eggs, gelatin, fish extracts or animal fat to the non animal based food. It's 2025 and there are TONS of vegan alternatives to everything animal based people consume. I definitely encourage restaurants to start moving towards better sustainable food that does not jeopardize your health, animal lives nor planet 🍱😋🍽️

It was about ten years ago when I first heard of Bamboo, and they could’ve been for longer than that. Either way, Bamboo has stood the test of time. The owner of this restaurant and his employees cut zero corners and spare no expense. Their food, service, and atmosphere is always the best, and their ingredients are always fresh and clean. My mother loves to order the salmon and I love to order the vegan bowl. She says she can taste a huge difference with the salmon from Bamboo and Costco (she is extremely picky and an honest New Yorker who isn’t afraid to express her true feelings when it comes to anything especially if she’s paying for it). My mother has also said the food is in her top favorite meals she’s ever eaten and that Bamboo has become tied with her other favorite restaurant. I think it’s the best and most healthy vegan meal you can find. Also, I really appreciate Bamboo for paving the way for healthy dining. They’re proof that restaurants can keep their integrity and still be financially stable without franchising or risking quality. The owner was present and working hard every time I’ve ever been here, and the quality of food and service this restaurant provides shows for it. I think his dedication to his work is the same dedication he has to his family. He takes his responsibilities serious and treats them with love and care, the same way he does his customers. I’m so happy Parkland and the Coral Springs area will have somewhere healthy for families to bond together over a nutritious meal for many years to come.

I made an order for delivery at about 1:20pm and it’s currently about to be 4:00pm and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone regarding my order or to get a refund. The food is usually great but this experience really disappointed me, especially since I haven’t eaten and have been waiting. Gonna get a refund as soon as I can.

There is absolutely no way to speak to a human being after the order that you placed has not been delivered. It has a voice automated system that simply tells you to leave a voice message. No better way to let your customers know that you don’t care about them than not even picking up the phone when you have not fulfilled an order

Food was delicious and staff was excellent. Overall a great experience and would consider going back again. My only slight complaint is the pricing on some of their items. They can be very expensive but the overall quality and taste of the food is phenomenal.

5 stars across the board. Amazing. Please open stores in fort lauderdale. Youd make a million dollars! Keep in mind this is in parkland when reading the one star reviews. Wealthy people have lost all sense of quality. If you want a fresh, healthy, well seasoned meal definitely give them your business!

I had placed an order on Uber eats which was put together completely incorrectly with totally different ingredients than what I had asked for. I had to stay home to put my kids down to bed so didn't have the option to leave or return to the store. I figured I would call and talk to a manger but they're phone system had nothing but an AI assistant that sends you to a message. I left one and was never called back. I also tried texting the store as they suggested with no reply. They did not even acknowledge the error and I will not be returning for this reason.

The setting itself is very nice. Modern, clean, open kitchen design. It is a cashless establishment btw. The food is fresh, however a bit overpriced. Paid a little over $30 with tip for a bowl. It was very tasty, but portions could be bigger in my opinion.
