Dry over priced bowls for mediocre fare. I ordered the mozzarella with tomato sandwich assuming by the description that it would be a fresh mozzarella but was this low end tasteless melted cheese

This is the first time I eat here and my expectations aren't met. Rice hard and too much mango. I have such a stomach ache today. I hope they don't mess up their system and recipe. It was horrible and I am out $37.29 for food I barely ate; lemonade was good.

Bamboo healthy foods has a lot of healthy options! Along with vegan options. This is my go to place for açai in Coral Springs! There also you bowls are fresh accommodated with fresh fruits, and seeds. I got the classic açai bowl topped with granola, deliciously sweet coconut, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and last but not least Chia seeds and honey! I love this place, I come here almost every time I'm in Coral Springs!

The food isn't bad but what is bad is what they advertise and what they charge you. They have an 8oz side of rice.....i have a scale at home and in the container it was only 6oz including the weight of the container....this is a ripe off...like why even say 8oz why not just say small and leave it to the imagination!

We went there for lunch and regret it. The food is average and way overpriced. The staff is emotionless and not anything like a waitlist or waitress. The atmosphere is appealing, but that's about the good part of our experience. There are plenty of other options in the area and anyone of them will be a better experience this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS, STAY CLEAR OF THIS RESTAURANT. I was berated by the owner, Anderson, after questioning why my takeout order was was taking longer than the estimated time. Rather than be polite, the owner Anderson insulted me and said that he'd delay my order the next time I placed one. So much for customer service. The ownership was demeaning and verbally attacked me simply for questioning why there was a delay in the order. What a joke. Save your dignity and your money, there are better options in Parkland.

Oh my goodness I can't even express how good this food was! As someone that has some dietary restrictions I'm always on the hunt for places to eat that a variety of dietary needs can meet. But honestly I will be back often because the food was soooo good!

Food was so so. Nothing worth $30 for a bowl and bottle of water. I tipped not knowing they charge an automatic service fee! That's so wrong! I dined in and I didn't like one of the lady cooks snacking while she was cooking! Very unsanitary!!! Not coming back!

Food is good but 10% automatic service charge on all orders is not right. NO BEUNO!!!! I have a strong distaste for auto charges. $20 of charges. Makes no sense. I won't order from here again.

I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but as far as I'm concerned, Bamboo is the best açaí spot in South Florida, and after multiple visits to this location in Parkland, I'm as convinced as I've ever been in that regard. When you take into account the hospitality and service of the hosts, quality of the menu, and taste, it makes sense. Let's start with hospitality. From the moment you walk in, very few moments pass before you are greeted by someone manning the de facto register. This isn't some dry, emotionless greeting, either--I'm talking about a warm, friendly greeting by someone greeting a friend after a long journey. More often than not, this is usually a gentleman by the name of Eduardo. Good dude. It's important that I mention this because hospitality is almost always the beginning of one's customer experience, setting the tone for everything that comes next. It's this hospitality that encourages me to come back every few days. Next, we have the service. Bamboo is a remarkably innovative restaurant for its location, as they've done away with cash payments. Given the advent of Pay and card payments, it makes perfect sense. Making an order is as easy as downloading their Bamboo app on iPhone or Android(?), ordering via UBEREats, or walking in and ordering at one of their two kiosks available to the left of where you walk in. Making an order is as simple as tapping a touchscreen. Within moments, your order is received, and the good people that you will see working feverishly to provide great-quality food will fire up their engines even further at the sound of a new order being placed. This is where a woman working there named Kariana shines. This is not an exaggeration. Generally speaking, an açaí bowl is made with açaí, along with certain fruits and other toppings. That's usually what they're made of. But as Kariana has demonstrated on more than one occasion, it's more than just the ingredients, but the quality in which the ingredients are assembled prior to delivery. Kariana is a master, and after watching her craft my bowls, she makes it look easy. I love the way she delicately brings my ingredients--açaí, strawberry, bananas, blueberry, raspberry, hemp seed, granola, chia seeds, coconut, flax seeds, and hemp seeds--together in what I quite honestly consider to be artwork. The way in which she places sliced bananas as a crown atop the head of açaí within the bowl suggests that she really cares about her work, and something about the way she brings it all together makes it seem all the more delicious. When considering how delicious Kariana's açaí bowls taste, one would think that she would deliver her bowls with either arrogance or haughty pride. Far from it. If anything, it's just doing her job, as she brings my food over, seemingly smiling behind her mask (kudos to the staff, by the way, for properly wearing their masks while preparing food at work) as she places my meal upon the counter, and humbly returns to her station to work on the next order. It tastes delicious. These açaí bowls are the best thing I've ever had in Parkland, bar none. It makes sense that, considering Bamboo's general atmosphere, service, hospitality, quality, and taste, that these açaí bowls are the most delicious of their kind in South Florida. I highly recommend Bamboo in Parkland as the best açaí spot in South Florida, and every day you don't go is a day you're cheating yourself. Special commendation to the lovely Kariana and the always-hospitable and professional Eduardo. I'm thankful to everyone working there--but especially those two--for the environment that they've created there. Long may they continue this culture there. I look forward to the next time I can stop by and dabble in some delicious açaí.

Just simply great healthy food which you can't compare with any other restaurant. They have great selections of açaí bowls, salmon, beef and vegetables. I think what keep me coming back here is the staff who are always go extra miles and make sure I have everything I need and make me feel part of them. Salmon, jasmine rice and roasted potatoes are my favorite takeout. Everything is extraordinary experience and this is my place to go for healthy food and eat everything without feeling guilty. By the way the food is fresh and you can even watch them make your food.

The food was excellent, but not the service. My friend and I placed our orders on the inside kiosk. I received a text saying my order was ready 20 minutes after ordering. I walked inside and they said they would bring it to me outside when it's ready. 15 minutes later I received my meal. It took 35 minutes to get my meal! My friend received a text that her meal was ready. The server called out her name and gave it to another table Who had a similar name. She asked the server if that was her meal, but the other customer had already started eating it. 15 minutes later she received her meal. The food is high quality and healthy. They definitely need to improve their customer service. For the two delayed food deliveries, the servers didn't say sorry or offer anything to compensate for the delay. There's plenty of parking in the attached lot. They have indoor and outdoor seating. You can also order via a QR code at your table. An adult bowl will cost $17-19. A kids bowl is $12 with tax and their service fee. I wish the kids bowl had another option besides white rice.

I ordered through doordash. After waiting for an hour, I got a text that it was canceled to do inability to fulfill it. Apparently, they are having a staffing shortage. I happened to be in the same strip mall they are and decided to stop in and place a to go order. OMG. Talk about a throw back to the Jetson's, for those of us who are old enough to remember the space age cartoon. It is not welcome to ask questions of the staff. It is order at the Kiosk , not talk to anyone, pick up your food and get out of there. They were working on a lot of pick up orders. So, people must love them. But, if I am going to spend $20. on a single lunch, I'd like to be able to ask questions. Is the cauliflower rice cooked or raw? What about the broccoli as an add on? Is it cooked? Simple and quick questions that the kiosk can't answer. I was completely unimpressed and couldn't bring myself to hit the order button for a $20. veggie bowl without human interaction, even if it was 12 feet away, on the phone or even smoke signals. What a turn off.

Kiosk is ONly option to place an order. Store WiFi not working. Not all food items available from Kiosk this is not customer services. When they are busy prepping food they don't have an available manager to override system one employee doesn't have access. Oh my great delicious food, outragous priced items and they want you place order in store via Kiosk. Very Dissappointing Experience with Kiosk not having ALL items programmed to place a timely order. Needed a manager override owner never came instead OWNER ran out from back food prep area to assist a new male customer arrival and ignored current customer of six years patronage waiting over 11 minutes for HELP to override system to place new order. NOT ALL CUSTOMERS TREATED EQUALLY ON THIS VISIT
