The waitress was terrible. We couldn't get refills on water, she was never in the area. I had a $30 birthday offer. They would not a accept, said I had to spend $60. Doesn't say that anywhere

Small portions of proteins & significant price increases. Chef had very little energy after telling him it was a child's first time. We felt rushed with open tables all over the restaurant. The server never asked us for our included dessert order after we ordered for a child who finished his meal first. Server also took our photo but we never received it. Very mediocre experience at best. We will probably try a local hibachi next time.

Service was inattentive and completely unprofessional. Wow. Never experienced anything like that before with Benihana. Hard times I guess. Experience was not worth half of the $500 we dropped for a birthday family meal. We won't be back

We arrived at 8:00 p.m.. We sat and waited for 28 minutes before we got a drink. The waiter came we advised him it was my daughter's birthday he said happy birthday he took our order brought us our soup and salad and then we waited another 30 minutes for the cook to arrive the food was delicious the cook was great nothing against him. At the end of our dinner he asked if we wanted dessert we told him no but we still expected them to sing Happy Birthday and they did not!!!! The waiting for a drink for 28 minutes was ridiculous they could have gotten maybe more drinks out of us maybe once we got a little buzz we ordered more food or more drinks but the waiting was ridiculous!!!!

My server took forever to come to our table. Didn't explain all the new items that she told other tables about. We didn't get our soup until the chef started cooking and we never got our salads. Drinks came after the chef started cooking. I asked for a fork and we all got plastic forks she I asked for regular silverware I was told that was all the had. Such a disappointment for spending 190 and having to eat with cafeteria forks.

Shrimp appetizer came at the end and the sauces were not served until requested. Cam at the end of the cooking. Again, had to ask for the tea and dessert which were part of the order. They came out after the check was paid and we were about to leave!
