The waitress was terrible. We couldn't get refills on water, she was never in the area. I had a $30 birthday offer. They would not a accept, said I had to spend $60. Doesn't say that anywhere
We arrived at 8:00 p.m.. We sat and waited for 28 minutes before we got a drink. The waiter came we advised him it was my daughter's birthday he said happy birthday he took our order brought us our soup and salad and then we waited another 30 minutes for the cook to arrive the food was delicious the cook was great nothing against him. At the end of our dinner he asked if we wanted dessert we told him no but we still expected them to sing Happy Birthday and they did not!!!!...
Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
It was my first time back to Benihana after a decade almost and she took her time to explain the menu and recommendations based on my preference and patient with my little one. Will definitely be back.
