We were greeted by a very underwhelming hostess who hardly spoke to us. We had made a reservation when we arrived we opted to sit in the bar since the dining room was empty. Our server was great, promptly brought water bread and our wine. She was there to check on us and helped with my entree issue. The food was close to awful. I chose a special which was so spicy it wasn't edible. They did bring another entree for me to make it right, it wasn't much better. The kicker was watching two separate staff member eat fries straight out of the bowl while in the kitchen!! It was a regular “go to” for us for years. We won't be back.

I would love to have left a good review but we never even made it to a table because we left. We had reservations and when we got there we were told we had a wait….never asked if we wanted a table or first available … 3 groups were seated before us even though they came in after us and were told there was a wait. We most likely won’t be back.

You expect servers to greet you with a smile, which she most definitely makes you feel welcome, But she also remembers faces and what you like to eat and drink most from your dining experience. This Elevates the vibes of Bone Fish from a chain to family restaurant with her personality. She checks in at just the right time, so we’re never waiting for any period of time. We came in for lunch and the food was so good! Tomato bisque was excellent and you can’t go wrong with the bang bang shrimp tacos. Our server was Jeannie, she was so attentive and super friendly/patient with my 3 year old nephew. We absolutely will be back and look forward to seeing her again.

So this is my second time with my wife at bone fish. A quick story I work an hr away from home and had a simple meal early and was starving, I ordered a my meal. One part of it was beautiful and the second meat needed help 😆. My waitress Hally wanted to do what ever she could to get it right. Truth instead of acting out I started laughing and I ask where is my lobster and that’s when Ernest came with another one. We spoke and laughed at the situation. Man what a service they both gave. You guys have my wife and I as long as you work there. Thank you it was a pleasure meeting you two and an experience I will never forget. Stay positive you two.
