I understand running a restaurant means serving food. Today I discovered how he that commitment is honored. Some of the employees make it their entire personality making their way of being come off as conceited. I'm saying when you hire people, something for instance like how my I take your order shouldn't be the only phrase known up their knowledge. It shows in how their attitude lands for their customers. At times showing episodes of communicating "I'm better than you", when in actuality if I read thier job description. Acting like you're above your customers I don't think is mentioned anywhere in the description. What that tells me is the qualifications in applying being here uncharacteristically bare minimum when you bring people in that don't do well with directions if they can't be followed well. Yet quick to treat people at a level even lower than that, without realizing getting their has to come by judging someone on premises primarily revolving around appearance. Interactions become less and less human

The manager is racist toward black people, very rude guy. He hung up on me over the phone and then lied about it when I called again. Claimed he answered another call, right in the middle of me talking. Took 30+ minutes to cook a burger and they didn’t have more than 20 people in that dining room. As for the food, very dry burger very very disappointed complete waste of time and money but lesson learned. If I was gonna spend $20 on a burger I should’ve went to five guys, at least I would enjoy it.

Man I forgot to take pictures and that's one thing that I love to do. But anyways I think I've been here in the past maybe like 9 years ago. but this week I came here on a Saturday with my friend. and let me tell you I am very picky about ribs. Now they have the best ribs hands down .I got the ribs and the chicken wings 10 out of 10 .my friend got a burger that's highlighted on the menu he said that was so delicious 10 out of 10. I can't think of the waitress name I think her name was something like Shaniqua. Sorry if I'm butchering her name. a very beautiful African-American lady. She was so sweet so nice just made the whole experience even better. Everything that she recommended was 10 out of 10 . It's always nice when you get someone that really likes their job and that is very attentive to the customers needs. I definitely recommend this place and I definitely recommend you get the ribs and I almost forgot the onion rings those were good too.

This is a beautiful location, but the music makes it so awesome! The music was out/broken for over 2 hours.., no bueno. If you don’t have a bartender like Mrs. Bri.. you can forget about it! She is the 💣. She is always attentive, and knows how to make a good drink!! John is awesome as well!

This was a somewhat disappointing experience, saved by good service alone. Three of us girlfriends went out for an early Christmas party and ended up at Bru's Room. Let me say first that our waiter (George, I think was his name) was a one man dream team. We loved him! He made us feel welcome. He was so helpful answering menu questions, getting our confusing orders right, keeping our drinks full, and bringing us everything extra we requested. And he got everything right without writing anything down. He was a very bright light in an otherwise lackluster visit. As for our meal, we chose bar food so it should have been great, but it was mediocre. My friends triple threat wings were pretty good, but my burger was lacking flavor. Kudos for cooking it to the right temp, however. The half order of chips was huge and tasty if a bit soggy. My friends liked my fries. (I'd call them ok.) All in all the food was "meh". The music was extra loud and inappropriately profane. We asked a couple of times to turn it down, but off would have been better. We don't want hear songs dropping F-bombs and describing sex acts while we're having dinner with friends. Surely there was a better choice available. A couple times what we heard sung stopped our conversation as we stared at each other. That should never happen.
