Very clean. Nicely organized.
They were swamped
There was only zero sugar drinks available I. The customer drink machine. Was able to ask server to fill up with normal Coke.
For the chicken sandwich and it was fine. Fries were fine also.

Say what you want about Burger King, but the workers today were the best! Unknown to us, my friend had accidentally left her wallet there. They did everything in their power to immediately call us so they could return it! Faith in humanity = restored!

Today I went to this burger king location between 240 and 245 pm and I was standing outside the bathroom door waiting for the person to finish they flushed the toilet and did not wash their hands I know this as a fact because I didn't hear sink water or the dryer machine and they used their bare hands to open the bathroom door touching all the nasty bacteria on the door knob plus their hands was dry. It was a dark brown ? complexion lady about 5,4 in height . This is absolutely disgusting she works in the food and beverages industry for burger king and won't clean her hands after being in a bacteria filled bathroom THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SHE NEEDS TO BE SUSPENDED OR FIRED
The Gm was at the register screamed what orders he was missing, instead of be at the back doing the same, where the costumer can’t hear him. Really bad experience, the foot was extremely different, the wrap and the whopper had a lot of mayo on it, there was more mayo than a Burguer at a certain point.

We went to get food here, but the cashier couldn't take our order and kept messing it up. The BK was out of mustard, large drinks, large fries, medium fries and still charged us for 2 large fries even though they gave us 2 smalls.

First off VERY RUDE!! Second couldn't understand what they were saying.... cold fries and onion rings, didn't give me the chocolate sauce and also didn't give me my 25%off. This location definitely needs training in customer service, and so on!!! Or else they just need to shut the doors for good, doesn't matter how long they have been there, what matters is the quality of service and food!!! Someone from corporate needs to get on this matter or ELSE they will be closing some location because of the BAD SERVICE and FOOD QUILTY ? ?

When I went there I had a very bad experience the store was not open the GM had a very nasty attitude. And he was very upset and I didn’t know why. I will never purchase from here again. He is always late in the morning I have to sit and wait until the store is open. This is a very bad place of service. I will call corporate because he is a very rude guy by the name of Joel. I will never shop here again it’s very pathetic that I had to sit and wait every morning he states that he is the only worker in the morning. Who can I call and reports him too.
The service was very fast, the staff was very nice and friendly they came out to the table and made sure my family and I was taken care of. The General Manger is a very nice friendly guy he really made us very comfortable. I would highly recommend this Burger King it’s very clean and the staff is very nice.

Today is September 19th at 12:15 counter person with braids and wears glasses always has major attitude and has messed up my order several times every time and when I bring it to her attention she gives me even more attitude ? she acts like she owns that Burger King and is upset because I'm getting the buy one get one free bogos that they offer to me being a loyal customer. This is very sad to me due to the fact that I am in customer relationship department and you're supposed to treat people as you would like to be treated and apparently she's wanting somebody to be disrespectful and rude and wants to be cussed out one of these days but it's not going to be me. I highly recommend for her to be replaced to the back where she's cooking and not having an attitude with your customers ? and if she's not happy with her job she needs to seek somewhere else to work she is not customer service person and needs to be in back office if your short staffed.
