The girl at the checkout ruined everything she was so rude and nasty with her replies it took me 2 months to come back there. well until you get people that know respect I know it's rare these days but dealing with the public your learn to be nice I will not come there or go order from manager.

First and foremost, I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was needed. I wish there was an option for zero stars. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to receive your order. The location NEVER has onion rings. You might be luckier finding the holy grail than receiving good service and onion rings here. The staff sounded like they were high on something and weren’t taking the job serious at all. I could keep going but I’ll leave it at the at. Find another location. Hopefully management fixes this. ?

I had someone pick me up burger. It was supposed to be a Candied Bacon Whopper(should of had tomato, pickles, lettuce, garlic aioli and bacon) ....without salt, a bun and onions(which I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC to). What I received was a burger, lettuce, bacon and crispy onions! There is no phone number to call and since I do not have the app, the website is useless to leave the information. I am also unable to drive to make the complaint. This was a hospital trip and a call of attorney waiting to happen.

I bought a BK Big fish sandwich I don’t know what they are doing the fish is dry and hard I went to three Burger King all of them making it same way please check the time all the stores thease fish sandwich is small so cook for less time so it does not over cook I only eat fish so I tryed different stores but same problem in all store I stayed hungry and waisted money so I am leaving message please fix it my friend also told me same thing she also eats fish I eat yesterday on university and Atlantic today I went to other one in sunrise on university I called the store number on the receipt it’s not working no answer order number 589 Feb 1 24 please fix it or change the fish thanks lady who served was rude too because I asked for ice cream cone then I asked for milk shake I told u don’t have it with disrespect need to be polite if they are working I know they must be tied but that doesn’t give them right to be disrespectful and rude all the stores should get training to be better service because they have this job to serve customer not to be mean I work in restaurant too but never talk like this Burger King and Macdonald I use to love going because the way they say thank you welcome have a nice day nothing thease days don’t work if you can’t be respectful

I ordered food in the Drive-Thru and I was missing a large onion ring. One of my sandwiches was made completely wrong. I had gone back after work and spoke with the general manager that you see in the picture. She would not replace my large onion rings. She is such a nasty disrespectful person I asked for her name she refused several times. I asked for a phone number to call to speak to a district manager she ignored me. She actually called the district manager and obviously they did not care. Meanwhile there were several customers waiting and people were getting upset that no one was being helped. This general manager is a nasty disgusting human being. Replace my freaking onion rings you crooked disrespectful witch! I'm going to put pictures on other social media sites. Corporate does not care either. It was extremely hot in there. No air conditioning and flies around

Long line. Cashier act ghetto. They are more focused on thier cell phones then paying attention to the customer while taking their orders. Looks under staffed. A/C never seems too work. Been like this for months. Missed how BK was. This new look is suitable for ghetto folk.
