I have to say, I used to love burgerfi. As time has gone on, the coral springs location has really gone down hill. We were the only people in the restaurant and our takeout order came out wrong. I was going to check it before walking out but I figured "eh I'm sure everything is correct " . They gave us the wrong burger. My hamburger didn't even have the toppings that were supposed to come on it. The fries were so oily and gross. So disappointing and this is not the first time we've had this type of experience. I have no interest in eating there anymore.

Strange flavor on the burger very out of place unexpected season for a burger. Fries undercooked and no root beer float as the machine was dumping the water before the syrup so root beer was water only on the custard. Got long delayed refund for the float however I had to pay the tax as I was refunded 5.99 exact in change. Because great management abounds at this location

You would pay almost the same pricing for a Burger King combo so why not get better quality?! They have a great selection of burgers, consistent and lots of beverage options to choose from. When I want a cheat day and save I come here! Especially with inflation these days it's easy to go overboard with UberEats. And this location is in a great plaza full of other restaurants to check out. I love The Walk!

Decided to try the new Chicken Cesar Bowl, rotten iceberg lettuce and a bunch of croutons with barely any chicken. Shameful to serve this to anyone! Beyond worse than fast food places. Expected a lot more from Burgerfi. The cooks better do better quality and portion control, won’t be coming here again! Also the sofa fountain doesn’t work properly, Coke Zero and Diet Dr. pepper tasted like water. Don’t experience this at the Delray Beach location.

Today August 18th Coral Springs. At 1240 I ordered Cajun fries didn't have to wait too long. My burnt up fries which is what I got for not checking my fries. The roof of my mouth hurts because I got more burnt small chip then fries.

The food is okay, but the place is not hygenic compared to other locations they have. The men's bathroom is extremely filthy, the floors are covered in filth, it was so slippery I almost broke my neck when I stepped in, the sinks, urinals, toilet seats all extremely dirty and unkempt, this specific location is NOTHING like the other ones I have been to, BurgerFI needs to do something about it because this location is dragging their image in thru the mud.

Ordered $80 worth of food one of which was a fried chicken sandwich and came home to only look and see a refied piece of grilled chicken tender. Very disappointed.

I ordered online and came at the exact time it said the food would be ready. The fries were ice cold and the burger wasn’t far behind. I asked if they could remake it and they did begrudgingly. I was receiving the death stare from one of the cooks. While I waited for my food I decided to get my drink. Every type of juice I liked was out of order so I decided to try something new. I pour a little into my cup and tried it. I had to spit it out in the trash because of how disgusting it was. I thought it was just that one so I told my mom she could get a drink since they didn’t have anything I liked. She experienced the same thing. The whole machine was broken! My food ended up being ready within 3 minutes. I thought that was fast. It was fast because they didn’t remake my food… they re-dropped the fries. The burger was hard to chew. It was a very displeasurable experience. I will now be going to the location in Davie.

Bogo chicken ? sandwich special today. Like others have described the chicken sandwich is all ways a clucker sucker. Chicken is dry and old. It was 1 hour before closing. I did ask if it was going to be fresh. The cashier said yes. Absolutely old chicken. Like others said spend you currency at your own risk.
