This place was inside the mall but I have been two other charlie's that are not inside the mall.
The steak songs are fantastic, and milkshakes are some of the past i've tasted

I placed an order for the bacon 3 cheesesteak paired with regular fries. Huge shoutout for the top-notch packaging - it was A+. The sandwich itself hit the spot and was really great. Since I skipped the mayo, I kinda felt like having an alternative like barbecue sauce would've taken it to the next level and make it taste even better.

I love this Charley’s! The service is always incredible. The food is made fresh upfront of you. The staff is very friendly. I visit very frequently.

The worst experience, the manager disrespectful ( Kiemelia) she tough I did not speak Spanish and start to talk about me to the cook this place is run by a bunch of kids that they charging whatever they want without even looking at the menu no adult supervision who ever managed this location !!!I’m gonna call corporate

When I asked for a refill of the lemonade, they wanted to charge a dollar extra strawberry flavor. I’ve been to four different Charlie’s and they have always given me the lemonade refill.. At least they should have the courtesy of the customer having the reason.

The service is excellent, the flavor is spectacular and the prices start at 7.49 with chips. I recommend this place if you want to eat well and save
