I love this Charley’s! The service is always incredible. The food is made fresh upfront of you. The staff is very friendly. I visit very frequently.

The worst experience, the manager disrespectful ( Kiemelia) she tough I did not speak Spanish and start to talk about me to the cook this place is run by a bunch of kids that they charging whatever they want without even looking at the menu no adult supervision who ever managed this location !!!I’m gonna call corporate

When I asked for a refill of the lemonade, they wanted to charge a dollar extra strawberry flavor. I’ve been to four different Charlie’s and they have always given me the lemonade refill.. At least they should have the courtesy of the customer having the reason.

The service is excellent, the flavor is spectacular and the prices start at 7.49 with chips. I recommend this place if you want to eat well and save

I ordered GrubHub, so I can't exactly critique much about the atmosphere and service. As far as the food was concerned, it was good, but was it $19.00 good? No ❤️ The overall ranking here is 4/5. I see no reason to stray from that. The quality of the food certainly is undeniable!

I went to Charleys Philly steak at the mall they messed up my order .I asked them to remake it since it tasted uncooked . The manager mariebelle was acting combative and refused to re-make it and she said she would not issue a refund . I told her I need my food since i paid $18.81 for a sandwich and a lemonade.That was my food budget for the day . I was so upset because I wasn't satisfied and wanted a refund or the other half of my sandwich re-made .I had to call the police on the manager mariebelle because she was not being nice or understanding of the situation. This whole situation could of been resolved easily but Mariebelle refused to help us out . I will be contacting corporate because this unacceptable.
