Customer service needs improvement, the chicken salad was just okay and overpriced.

I come here a couple of times a month and I always have a great experience. Dalton, the manager always goes above and beyond to say hello to everyone and has no problem answering any questions. From Dalton to the staff always Five stars. Today I walked in, and there was a new lady behind the counter. From the beginning, super rude. I couldn’t remember the name of my sandwich so she just stared at me the whole time while I’m trying to describe the sandwich. Somewhat rolled her eyes and then continued to take my order. Everything was a bother with this lady. Spoke with Dalton a couple of minutes later and he let me know that her name is Donna and she’s a new manager in training. The way that she spoke to Dalton and the way that she treated Customers I suggest that they let her go somewhere else. She has the attitude of someone that works at Taco Bell or KFC. As long as she is there, I will not change this review. She has the attitude of someone who owns the place and doesn’t care. This isn’t the type of attitude that belongs at this great place. I hope corporate sees this.

Asked for classic carol BLT and got a turkey blt instead even though the original sandwich they made was classic Carol, so they just needed to add bacon lettuce and tomato. I have no idea how they messed that up…none of the soups are dairy free, and the desserts are average. I’ll go get a Publix sub next time. Sorry folks. This ain’t it.

It smells bad inside. And often the music is too loud. The salad is good. The teenagers working in the kitchen were a total mess. I guarantee if the owner was there, someone would be fired.

The store was filthy. Rug was falling apart. A strange odor. Bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Beverage center was sticky. Food was very good!

Cheese course WHO… maaaan this place was AMAZING! From the Lauryn’s lemon basil chicken salad sandwich with a side of cranberry Kelli, to the savory and unforgettable GRAPE SALAD! OMG I HIGHLY recommend! Thanks again Dalton!

I love Chicken Salad Chick and I am in Tampa but visited this Coral Springs location. I got the croissant melt with the kickn kaylynne and the broccoli salad side. It was delicious and I would say it tasted better than the Tampa one. The lemonade and sweet teas are delicious as well.

The service was great, the food is high in protein which is good for your macros. Highly recommend it and with all of the options to try you won't get bored of it!

This is one of my favorite places. You can’t beat the food and the experience. I hat the opportunity to meet the owner Dalton and he is all about the community. If you haven’t tried Chicken Salad Chick, give it a shot!

I stopped in today ordered a chicken salad sandwich. It came with a side and a delicious little cookie. I highly recommend this place. The sandwich was delicious. The price was right and the service was excellent!
