What a horrible experience! I had the chicken sandwich for lunch today and shortly after while driving, my stomach began to rumble with these pain stricken cramps came on strongly. I had to race home, run a red light, but luckily I live close, because I did not know which end it was going to come out. What a mess in my car, then into my house. I will NEVER eat here again. Spoiled chicken or bad mayonnaise in the sandwich, I am not sure. It was horrible! And, it was busy when I left, I hope no one else got sick like I did. What a rough experience...

Placed an order last Saturday (not yesterday) online for delivery through their website. Immediately after they called and informed me they did not have the potato soup, so unfortunately had to cancel the order. The kind person over the phone said my CC card would be refunded, but by yesterday it wasn’t. Called the store yesterday and kindly spoke with a manager named Dalton who was less than helpful, told me he’d love to have me come for a free dessert - which doesn’t make up for the $50.00 charge of food I never received. Then proceeded to tell me to call DoorDash, but I didn’t place the order with DoorDash, I placed it on their chicken salad chicks website and the charge came from them. So, I now have to dispute the charge with Discover.Then yesterday, for the same reason I placed an order last week, my friend still had a craving for their potato soup and wanted me to order from them. I called before placing another order to make sure they had potato soup and the young girl over the phone replied “yes, we have it everyday”. I responded “you didn’t have it last week”, and she mumbled something under her breath (rude), so I hung up. I obviously wouldn’t have to dispute the charge for the cancelled order I placed last week if that was the case. Anyways, I still proceeded to place an order using their site for delivery, using my friends card since I’m disputing the charge from the week prior on mine. I ordered the same thing I as last week but with an extra bowl of soup - Chicken salad blt with extra bacon for an up charge, a pint of the potato soup, and a bowl of potato soup. What arrives is a plain chicken salad sandwich with no bacon at all. How can someone make a BLT sandwich with no bacon at all?!? It’s really not rocket science to read a computer screen and make a sandwich the way it was ordered, really it’s quite a simple task. I pay for the sandwich and the extra $$ for the extra bacon and get 0 pieces bacon, they keep the money, not fair.The pint of soup had no shredded cheese to top it off with as it usually does and my friend complained the bacon bits they gave were gross but otherwise the soup was good. The bowl was as described on their website.It’s not the flavor or quality of food that’s the problem, it’s the people working for this place that don’t seem to have any service or management skills. I hate writing bad reviews and I love chicken salad. I was excited when this placed open, ordered from them several times prior to last week and this is the 2nd time they didn’t put bacon on my sandwich but I haven’t complained before. I think it’s the entire situation between not receiving a credit, the unhelpful follow up with them, the rude girl who mumbled something under her breath, and the incomplete sandwich I paid extra for was the cherry on top that left a really bad taste in my mouth. I deduct a star for each issue. And have to consider if I will ever order for here again.

The Mac and cheese was horrible. It was gritty and had no flavor. I went in and explained to the man behind the counter how bad it was. He offered to give me something else, but when I have something that tastes that bad, I don't want to try anything else. I asked him who he was, and he said he was the owner of the store. I wanted him to be aware of how gritty the cheese mixture was. Alot of people wouldn't complain, they just won't go back.

I go here often for their delicious chicken salad sandwiches…such a nice healthy change from typical fast food. Nothing but great experiences here, and the rewards program is excellent. Good to see the owner so involved in the day to day running of the business. Very hard to keep sufficient staff at many of the Coral Springs restaurants,(***hint: if you have any concern at any small local business, always ask to talk to the manager or owner before plastering a negative review…small businesses deserve our support and welcome the chance to make it right). Sometimes I will take a container of chicken salad home so I can enjoy it at my convenience. Btw, just tried the broccoli salad as a side…my new favorite, and I usually don’t even like broccoli! I highly recommend this local establishment!

I have been so disappointed with this location for the past several months. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back and I will likely not return. While ordering, I saw a sign for poblano mac and cheese as a new side item. It sounded good, so I thought I would try it. When it was delivered to the table, there was a bowl of poblano chicken soup. So, I alerted the server and told her that I had ordered the mac n cheese to which she INSISTED that was mac n cheese. I told her that it was, in fact, soup and she just kept insisting that it was watery mac n cheese. I mean, how do you even keep arguing with someone who doesn’t know the difference between soup and mac n cheese (my “mac n cheese” had chicken, beans and corn in it!)? So, I gave up and asked for another scoop instead. We realized when she walked away that none of us had gotten crackers, so I asked for some when she returned only to be told that they were out of crackers. THIS IS A STAPLE OF THE MEAL! Nobody mentioned it beforehand and had I known, I would have ordered something different, like a sandwich. All in all, this was a frustrating experience as most of my recent visits have been. Just know that this location has gone downhill and I don’t recommend it anymore. It’s sad because this used to be a favorite.
