Chili's Grill & Bar

My sister and I stopped by for drinks and something appetizers. I ordered my first drink and was so disgusted by the lipstick stain that was on my cup. I immediately called to bar tender and asked her to cancel my order. She seemed careless and unapologetic. Its sad that I already started drinking from a straw before I realized the lipstick stain. So disappointing. It ruined my whole night so I ended up not eating. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Service, cleanliness, and food were all perfectly on point. I've never been to a now efficient, pleasant, or delicious Chili's in my life. Finally! My love for chili's has returned after years of disappointment.

Dorsey, the waitress in the background of the table behind ours, was absolutely amazing and refreshingly kind. My rapid decline of belief in customer service received a much needed revival due to this experience.

Thank you to Dorsey, the manager who I briefly spoke to, to give appreciation and acknowledgement, and great upkeep of the restaurant.

Only minor detail that was obvious was (Just turn the AC down a little bit)

My wife and I visited here for dinner and had a wonderful time! She got an appetizer and the 3 for me and I got steak and Mac and cheese etc..
Our server was a polite young gentleman (my apologies I forgot his name) and we will be making this our neighborhood spot!

I just love this chilli's never had a bad moment. The food is always on point

Walked in 45 min before closing and employees were giving me and my group angry looks. to make it easier for the staff members we simply told them we’re just here for drinks went to the bar and even the bartender had an attitude giving us the menus. so you know what? we walked down street and took our business to BJs where they welcomed us and treated us kindly.

Came to Chili’s just for a drink and got attitude before I even stepped inside. The host looked me up and down and said, “Are you even 21?” Then immediately hit me with, “We close in 20 minutes,” even though it was only 10:20. Rude, lazy, and honestly embarrassing customer service. If they don’t want customers, just say that.

We always come here and the experience is average but tonight we had Sev as our server and let me just say, AMAZING customer service! Not only was Sev super friendly and patient, but so funny and attentive! 10/10 Sev, we will be back literally just for you!!!!!

Ariel was our server tonight. My friends, partner and I came in a bit late at 10:20pm and Ariel still treated us like royalty and made sure to go above & beyond to take care of needs we didn’t even know we had! Whatever she’s making, she deserves to be making way more! Hands down the best Chili’s experience I’ve ever had :)
